Abstract
The study aims to identify the impact of the PDRB Industry Sector, Sanitation, Population Density, and Government Expenditure on Environmental Protection on the Enviromental Quality Index in 8 Provinces in Indonesian in 2017 – 2021. The survey used panel data consisting of timeseries data for the period 2017 – 2021 and cross-section for 8 provinces in Indonesia. The analytical method used in this study uses a dynamic panel data approach with the GMM model (Genertalized Method of Moment). Based on the estimates of the GMM model (Generalized Method of Moment) demonstrated that the variables of Sanitation and Government Expenditure on Environmental Protection have a positive and significant impact, while the PDRB sector industry has a significant negative impact on Enviromental Quality Index. And for Population Density has no or significant influence on the Environmental Quality Index

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikat pengaruh dari PDRB Sektor Industri, Sanitasi Layak, Kepadatan Penduduk, dan Belanja Lingkungan Hidup terhadap Indeks Kualitas Lingkungan Hidup pada 8 Provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2017 – 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel yang terdiri dari data time series periode 2017 – 2021 dan data crosssection pada 8 Provinsi di Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan data panel dinamis dengan model GMM (Genertalized Method of Moment). Berdasarkan hasil estimasi dari model GMM (Genertalized Method of Moment) membuktikan bahwa variabel Sanitasi Layak dan Belanja Lingkungan Hidup memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan PDRB sektor industry memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Indeks Kualitas Lingkungan Hidup. Dan untuk Kepadatan Penduduk tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Indeks Kualitas Lingkungan Hidup | |||||||||
