Abstract

Based on the preliminary study, it was found that students at SMKN 2 Kota Serang when learning Basic Electricity and Electronics had no learning motivation or low motivation. This can be observed through the lack of enthusiasm and interest in learning and not being diligent in doing assignments. It can be observed from the average Mid Semester Assessment (PTS) scores obtained by X TITL 1 and X TITL 3 which have not yet reached the Minimum Passing Criteria (KKM), namely 73.57 and 72.70. In addition, the way teachers teach at SMKN 2 Kota Serang is still conventional, so it causes students to be less motivated to learn. The type of research utilized in this experimental research includes the Quasi Experimental type. The research design used is the non-equivalent group design. The population in this study were 201 students of class X. The sample used in this study was 80 students in each class. Sampling in this study was obtained by using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this study include achievement tests and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is an influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model on student learning motivation in the Basic Subjects of Electricity and Electronics. According to the results of testing the hypothesis using the independent samples test (T-Test) the results were obtained themselves. (2-tailed) total 0.001,null hypothesis is rejected and hypothesis one is accepted (2). There is an influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in the Basic Subjects of Electricity and Electronics. According to the results of testing the hypothesis using the independent sample test (T-Test) the results are obtained themselves. (2-tailed) total 0.000,null hypothesis is rejected and hypothesis one is accepted.(3). There is an influence of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by the Proteus software on student learning motivation in Subject Basic Electricity and Electronics. According to the results of testing the hypothesis using the independent samples test (T-Test) the results were obtained themselves. (2-tailed) total 0.001,null hypothesis is rejected and hypothesis one is accepted.(4).There is an influence of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by the Proteus software for student learning outcomes in Basic Electrical and Electronics Subjects. According results of hypothesis testing with using the independent sample test (T-Test) the result is sig.(2-tailed) of 0.000. then the null hypothesis is rejected while the first hypothesis is accepted..

Additional Information: Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, didapatkan hasil bahwa siswa di SMKN 2 Kota Serang ketika belajar Dasar Listrik dan Elektronika belum ditemukan motivasi belajar ataupun rendah. Hal tersebut dapat diamati melalui semangat dan minat belajar yang kurang serta tidak tekun didalam mengerjakan tugas. Dapat diamati dari rata-rata nilai Penilaian Tengah Semester (PTS) yang didapatkan oleh X TITL 1 dan X TITL 3 yang belum mencapai Kriteria Kelulusan Minimum (KKM) yakni 73,57 dan 72,70. Selain itu cara guru mengajar di SMKN 2 Kota Serang ini juga masih konvensional, jadi menyebabkan siswa kurang termotivasi untuk belajar. Jenis penelitian yang dimanfaatkan dalam penelitian eksperimen ini termasuk pada jenis Quasi Experimental. Desain penelitian yang dimanfaatkan ialah the non-equivalent group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 201 siswa kelas X. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 siswa pada setiap kelas. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan memanfaatkan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tes prestasi belajar dan angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning kepada motivasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Dasar Listrik dan Elektronika. Sesuai hasil pengujian hipotesis memakai uji independent samples test (Uji-T) didapatkan hasil sig. (2-tailed) sejumlah 0,001, hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis satu diterima (2). Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning kepada hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Dasar Listrik dan Elektronika. Sesuai hasil pengujian hipotesis memanfaatkan independent sample test (Uji-T) didapatkan hasil sig. (2-tailed) sejumlah 0,000, hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis satu diterima. (3). Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan software Proteus terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Dasar Listrik dan Elektronika. (4).Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan software Proteus bagi hasil belajar siswa dalam Mata Pelajaran Dasar Listrik dan Elektronika. Sesuai hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan memakai independent sample test (Uji-T) didapatkan hasil sig.(2- tailed) sejumlah 0,000. maka hipotesis nol ditolak sedangkan hipotesis satu diterima.
