Abstract

ABSTRACT This research focuses on analyzing the implementation of the Regent of Lebak Regulation No. 42 of 2019 on Accelerating the Reduction and Prevention of Integrated Stunting in Lebak Regency (A Case Study at Puskesmas Pajagan, Sajira District). The aim of this study is to determine the implementation of the Regent of Lebak Regulation No. 42 of 2019 on Accelerating the Reduction and Prevention of Integrated Stunting in Lebak Regency (a case study at Puskesmas Pajagan, Sajira District). The theory used is the public policy implementation theory by George C. Edward III. There are four variables, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method used is qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the stunting reduction policy in Lebak Regency is not optimal, and several limitations and challenges need to be addressed. It requires improved effective communication, better management of human resources, consistent allocation of financial resources, strong support and leadership roles, as well as improved performance of the bureaucratic structure..

Teori yang digunakan adalah implementasi kebijakan publik menurut George C. Edward III Terdapat empat variabel yaitu komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, struktur birokrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penurunan stunting di Kabupaten Lebak belum optimal, ditemukan beberapa keterbatasan dan tantangan yang perlu diatasi. Diperlukan peningkatan komunikasi yang efektif, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang lebih baik, alokasi sumber daya finansial yang konsisten, dukungan dan peran pimpinan yang kuat, serta peningkatan kinerja struktur birokrasi
