Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price, taste and product quality on purchasing decisions at Baso Aci Akang Ciceri both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in Baso Aci Abang Ciceri, Serang�Banten. The research was conducted in December 2022 - April 2023. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The sampling method used was Incidental/Accidental Sampling with a total sample of 40 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of the t-test on the price variable (X1) and the product quality variable (X3) show the t count < t table value and also have a significance value of > 0.1. This means that the price variable (X1) and product quality variable (X3) have no partial effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Meanwhile, the results of the t-test on the taste variable (X2) show a t-test > t table and have a significance value of < 0.1. This means that the taste variable (X2) has a partial effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the F-test show a significance value of 0.001 < 0.1 and the F-count > F-table. This means that the variable price (X1), taste (X2) and product quality (X3) have a simultaneous effect on the purchase decision (Y) in Baso Aci Akang Ciceri.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, cita rasa dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Baso Aci Akang Ciceri baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Baso Aci Akang Ciceri, Serang Banten. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2022 – April 2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah Incidental/Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Analisis teknik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil uji-t pada variabel harga (X1) dan variabel kualitas produk (X3) menunjukkan nilai t hitung < t tabel dan juga memiliki nilai signifikansi > 0,1. Artinya variabel harga (X1) dan variabel kualitas produk (X3) tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Sementara itu, hasil dari Uji-t pada variabel cita rasa (X2) menunjukkan nilai t-hitung > t tabel dan memiliki nilai signifikansi < 0,1. Artinya variabel cita rasa (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap pembelian keputusan (Y). Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,1 dan nilai F-hitung > F-tabel. Artinya variabel harga (X1), cita rasa (X2) dan kualitas produk (X3) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) di Baso Aci Akang Ciceri.
