Abstract
This study aims to produce magazine products as a medium of learning and test product effectiveness through validity test and student response test. The method used in this study is research and development, researchers perform stages up to the limited test phase (student response). Data collection techniques in the study using a feasibility assessment questionnaire covering several aspects include aspects of the material, display and presentation aspects, as well as aspects of language and information. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The magazine's feasibility test was conducted by two lecturers of Biology education-UNTIRTA (Expert Material and Media Expert), and two high school Biology teachers. The results of the expert team judgment obtained an average score of 83.66% with very decent category, while the limited test results on the magazine obtained an average score of 81% with very decent category. Based on these two tests, the magazine developed has met the criteria of excellent quality and deserves to be used as a medium of learning for high school students of class X in the subconsep of vertebrates.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa majalah sebagai media belajar dan melakukan pengujian keefektifan produk melalui uji validitas dan uji respon siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan, peneliti melakukan tahapan hingga tahap uji terbatas (respon siswa). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan angket penilaian kelayakan yang mencakup beberapa aspek meliputi aspek materi, aspek tampilan dan penyajian, serta aspek bahasa dan informasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Uji kelayakan majalah dilakukan oleh dua orang dosen jurusan pendidikan Biologi-UNTIRTA (Ahli Materi dan Ahli Media), dan dua orang guru Biologi SMA. Hasil judgement tim ahli memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 83,66% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan hasil uji terbatas pada majalah memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 81% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan kedua pengujian tersebut, majalah yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria kualitas yang sangat baik dan layak untuk digunakan sebagai media belajar siswa SMA kelas X pada subkonsep vertebrata. | |||||||||
