Abstract

The development of infrastructure technology in Indonesia can be said to have experienced a rapid increase. With this increase, of course, construction projects have also increased with the presence of these sophisticated tools. In the construction project, the work must be carried out in a timely manner based on the design that has been agreed upon by the owner and the executing contractor so that there is no regression in the construction of the construction project. This study aims to find out the tower crane heavy equipment used, the productivity of the Tower Crane, and the optimal point of the Tower Crane. This research was conducted on the Juanda-Bekasi Transpark Area Development Project. From the results of the analysis carried out, it is known that the Juanda-Bekasi Transpark Area Development Project uses 3 Tower Crane heavy equipment with type C7030-12T. The highest Tower Crane productivity exactly in Tower Crane 1 with a value of 3326.3881 kg / hour, then for Tower Crane 3 productivity is obtained with a value of 3286.3825 kg / hour, and for Tower Crane 2 productivity is obtained with a value of 2069.2752 kg / hour. The Tower Crane 1, the highest productivity value was on September 28 with a value of 4662.57 kg / hour. For Tower Crane 2 the highest productivity value is located at 2919.52 kg/hour. In Tower Crane 3 the highest productivity value was located on September 8 with a value of 5341.45 kg / hour. From the three simulations compiled in this study, the optimal simulation for the placement of Tower Crane in the second simulation was obtained, using 2 Tower Crane.

Additional Information: Perkembangan teknologi infrastruktur di Indonesia bisa dikatakan mengalami peningkatan yang pesat. Dengan peningkatan itu, tentu proyek kontruksi ikut mengalami peningkatan dengan hadirnya alat-alat canggih tersebut. Di dalam proyek kontruksi waktu pekerjaan harus terlaksana dengan tepat waktu berdasarkan rancangan yang telah disepakati oleh owner dan kontraktor pelaksana agar tidak terjadi regresi pada pembangunan proyek kontruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alat berat Tower Crane yang digunakan, produktivitas Tower Crane, dan titik optimal dari Tower Crane . Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Proyek Pembangunan Kawasan Transpark Juanda-Bekasi. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa pada Proyek Pembangunan Kawasan Transpark Juanda-Bekasi menggunakan 3 alat berat Tower Crane dengan tipe C7030-12T. Produktivitas Tower Crane tertinggi terletak pada Tower Crane 1 dengan nilai 3326.3881 kg/jam, kemudian untuk produktivitas Tower Crane 3 didapatkan dengan nilai 3286,3825 kg/jam, dan untuk produktivitas Tower Crane 2 didapat dengan nilai 2069.2752 kg/jam. Pada Tower Crane 1 nilai produktivitas tertinggi pada tanggal 28 september dengan nilai 4662.57 kg/jam. Untuk Tower Crane 2 nilai produktivitas tertinggi terletak pada tanggal 2919.52 kg/jam. Pada Tower Crane 3 nilai produktivitas tertinggi terletak pada tanggal 8 september dengan nilai 5341.45 kg/jam. Dari tiga simulasi yang rangkai pada penelitian ini, didapat simulasi optimal untuk penempatan Tower Crane pada simulasi kedua, dengan menggunakan 2 buah alat Tower Crane.
