Abstract
Latar Belakang : Rheumatoid Arhtritis merupakan penyakit yang menyerang sendi dan tulang atau jaringan penunjang sekitar sendi, golongan penyakit ini merupakan penyakit Autoimun yang banyak di derita oleh kaum lanjut usia. Rheumatoid Arhtritis merupakan penyakit muskuloskeletal yang paling sering terjadi. Angka kejadian rematik pada tahun 2016 yang dilaporkan oleh World Health Organisation (WHO) 335 juta penduduk didunia yang mengalami rematik, yang berarti 20% penduduk dunia terserang penyakit Rheumatoid Arthritis. Di Indonesia, Rheumatoid Arhtritis mencapai 23,6% hingga 31,3%. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa tingginya angka kejadian Rheumatoid Arhtritis . Di Banten, Rheumatoid Arthritis mencapai 16.452 penduduk mengalami rematik (Riskesdes 2018) Tujuan : Untuk menggambarkan tindakan asuhan keperawatan keluarga pada klien yang menderita rheumatoid arthritis dengan edukasi pembatasan aktivitas fisik. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan keluarga selama 3 hari kunjungan didapatkan hasil pengatahuan klien pada penyakit rheumatoid arthritis meningkat Kesimpulan : Asuhan keperawatan keluarga dengan pemberian edukasi dapat memperluas pengetahuan klien tentang rheumatoid arthritis.

| Additional Information: | Background: Rheumatoid Arthritis is a disease that attacks the joints and bones or the supporting tissues around the joints, this group of diseases is an autoimmune disease that affects many elderly people. Rheumatoid arthritis is the most common musculoskeletal disease. The incidence of rheumatism in 2016 reported by the World Health Organization (WHO) 335 million people in the world have rheumatism, which means 20% of the world's population is affected by Rheumatoid Arthritis. In Indonesia, Rheumatoid Arthritis reaches 23.6% to 31.3%. This figure indicates that the high incidence of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
