Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work environment with organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) as an intervening variable in PPN Karangantu. Population and sample of 120 employees, using census sampling technique or overall sampling. Research using saturated samples. Data analysis technique using Smart-PLS 329. The results of the research show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), the work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is able to mediate transformational leadership and work environment on improving employee performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) sebagai variabel intervening pada PPN Karangantu. Populasi dan sampel sebanyak 120 pegawai, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling sensus atau sampling keseluruhan. Riset menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Smart-PLS 329. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (ocb), organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) mampu memediasi kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. | |||||||||
