Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Capability and Performance on SME’s Value. This research is a type of quantitative research, data was collected using primary data and online questionnaires using the Google formula to obtain information from respondents, namely SME’S actors in Serang City. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) Path Modeling with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study are 1) Innovation capability affects work performance, financial performance, and operational performance. 2) Information Technology Capability affects Work Performance, Financial Performance, and Operational Performance. 3) Market Competition Capability Affects Job Performance, Financial Performance, and Operational Performance. 4) Job performance affects the value of SME’s. 5) Financial Performance influences the Value of SME’s. 6) Operational Performance affects the value of SME’s.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kapabilitas dan Kinerja terhadap Nilai UMKM. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan menggunakan data primer dan kuesioner secara online dengan menggunakan google formular untuk memperoleh informasi dari responden yaitu pelaku UMKM di Kota Serang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) Path Modelling dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Kapabilitas inovasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pekerjaan, Kinerja Keuangan, dan Kinerja Operasional. 2) Kapabilitas Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pekerjaan, Kinerja Keuangan, dan Kinerja Operasional. 3) Kapabilitas Persaingan Pasar Berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pekerjaan, Kinerja Keuangan, dan Kinerja Operasional. 4) Kinerja Pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai UMKM. 5) Kinerja Keuangan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai UMKM. 6) Kinerja Operasional berpengaruh terhadap Nilai UMKM. | |||||||||
