Abstract
Waras Farm is a company engaged in agriculture, namely fruit plant nurseries, ornamental plants, and agro-tourism. The Waras Farm tourist attraction is located on Jl Lebak Ayang, Kp Perigi Bulakan, Cibeber, Cilegon City, Banten. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the demand for visits to Waras Farm Agrotourism and calculate the economic value seen from consumer surplus through the Travel Cost Method approach. The type of research used was descriptive quantitative, the sample in this study were 60 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling by means of accidental sampling. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of factors that influence the amount of tourism demand, the feasibility test of Poisson regression, and analysis of the economic value of agro-tourism. This study uses seven independent variables, namely travel costs (X1), income level (X2), education level (X3), travel time (X4), age (X5), duration of visit (X6), and facilities (X7). As well as one dependent variable, namely the frequency of visits (Y). This count data study used the poisson regression method. The results showed consumer surplus per person per visit was IDR 8,483.00 and total economic value of Waras Farm was IDR 141,166.00 per year.

| Additional Information: | Waras Farm merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertanian, yaitu pembibitan tanaman buah, tanaman hias, dan agrowisata. Objek wisata Waras Farm terletak di Jl Lebak Ayang, Kp Perigi Bulakan, Cibeber, Kota Cilegon, Banten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan kunjungan ke Agrowisata Waras Farm dan menghitung nilai ekonomi yang dilihat dari surplus konsumen melalui pendekatan Travel Cost Method. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non probability sampling dengan cara accidental sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi jumlah permintaan wisata, uji kelayakan regresi Poisson, dan analisis nilai ekonomi agrowisata. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 responden.
