Abstract
This study aims to examine and obtain empirival evidence regarding increasing SME’s performance through information technology capabilities, market competition capabilities, culture control, and intellectual capital. This research is a type of quantitative research, data collected using primary data and questionnaires online with google formular to obtain information from respondents, namely SME’s actors in Serang City. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The result of this study are 1) Information Technology Capability affect positive and significant effect on Culture Control and Intellectual Capital, 2) Information Technology Capability affect positive and significant effect on Intellectual Capital, 3) Market Competition Capability affect positive and significant effect on Culture Control, 4) Market Competition Capability affect positive and significant effect on Intellectual Capital, 5) Culture Control affect positive and significant effect on SME’s Performance, 6) Intellectual Capital affect positive and significant effect on SME’s Performance.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai peningkatan Kinerja UMKM melalui Kapabilitas Teknologi Informasi, Kemampuan Persaingan Pasar, Kontrol Budaya, dan Modal Intelektual. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, daya dikumpulkan menggunakan data primer dan kuisioner secara online dengan menggunakan google formulir untuk memperoleh informasi dari responden yaitu pelaku UMKM di Kota Serang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Kapabilitas Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kontrol Budaya, 2) Kapabilitas Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Modal Intelektual, 3) Kemampuan Persaingan Pasar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kontrol Budaya, 4) Kemampuan Persaingan Pasar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Modal Intelektual, 5) Kontrol Budaya berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM, 6) Modal Intelektual berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM. | |||||||||
