Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of the research is to identify and analyze the internal and external factors of the Dua Saudara crackers business through strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat also ecommend alternative strategies that can be used by the Dua Saudara crackers business. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in South Malingping Village, Malingping District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. The technique of determining respondents using purposive sampling techniques that was chosen deliberately. The results show that the internal factor evaluation (IFE) with a total score of 2,73, while the external factor evaluation (EFE) is 2,56. Then in the IE matrix on V cell position it showed that the condition is in the position Hold and Maintain. Based on the results of analysis that is the chart position of the company, the Dua Saudara cracker business is in the first quadrant, meaning that it is in a safe position. The alternative strategy that are priority from the results of SWOT analysis are creating new products or developing products with new innovations, as well as market penetration or promoting products continuously. | Additional Information: | ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal usaha kerupuk Dua Saudara melalui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman juga merekomendasikan strategi alternatif yang dapat digunakan oleh usaha kerupuk Dua Saudara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Malingping Selatan, Kecamatan Malingping, Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten. Teknik dari penentuan responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang dipilih secara sengaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dengan skor total 2,73, sedangkan External Factor Evaluation (EFE) dengan skor total 2,56. Kemudian pada matriks IE berada pada posisi sel V, menunjukkan bahwa kondisi tersebut dalam posisi jaga dan pertahankan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis bahwa grafik posisi usaha kerupuk Dua Saudara berada pada kwadran I, yaitu dalam posisi aman. Alternatif strategi yang diprioritaskan dari hasil analisis SWOT adalah mempertahakan produk dengan inovasi – inovasi baru serta melakukan penetrasi pasar dengan cara mempromosikan produk secara terus – menerus.
