Abstract
Analysis of the Impact of Ships Scheduling and Dock Service Levels on Ship Service Performance in SBU Marine Service Bandar Samudera Port Cigading Cilegon Ship Guiding Services. This research aims to determine the impact of ship scheduling and level of dock service on the performance of ship service at SBU Marine Service Krakatau Bandar Samudera Port Cigading Cilegon Ship Guiding Services. In this research, the methods used to analyze are the methods of causality and quantitative. The population in this research are all service activities at the SBU Marine Service, a sample in this research is service to scouting and ship delays. The data analysis techniques used are the BOR methods, port performance analysis, multiple linear regression analysis with classic assumptions test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), and hypothetical testing (test t). According to data analysis using the SPSS application, it is known that shipping scheduling and dock service levels have a positive and significant impact on the performance of ship services. And the results of the port performance analysis showing the BOR Value 3,56% is said to be good, waiting time of 37 minutes are good, the approach time of 4 hours is said to be bad, effective time of 17 hours are good, ET/BT/bt 45,9% is a good indication.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penjadwalan kapal dan tingkat pelayanan dermaga terhadap kinerja pelayanan kapal pada jasa pemanduan kapal SBU Marine Service Krakatau Bandar Samudera Pelabuhan Cigading Cilegon. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah metode kausalitas dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh aktivitas pelayanan pada SBU Marine Service, sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelayanan pada pemanduan dan penundaan kapal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode BOR, analisis kinerja pelabuhan, analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolinieritas, heteroskedastisitas), dan pengujian hipotesis (uji t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS diketahui bahwa penjadwalan kapal dan tingkat pealayanan dermaga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pelayanan kapal. Dan hasil analisis kinerja pelabuhan menunjukkan nilai BOR sebesar 3,56% waiting time sebesar 37 menit dikatakan baik, approach time 4 jam dikatakan kurang baik, effective time sebesar 17 jam dikatakan baik, ET/BT 45,9% berindikasi baik. | ||||||
