Abstract
E-government is an organisastion’s effort to develop a good government system that is integrated electronically. BPKAD (The Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency) of Serang City is one of the organisations that have implemented e-government in each of their activities. However, in their implementation there are still obstacles that result in not running optimally. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyse how the implementation of e�government in asset management using an application called ATISISBADA in BPKAD Serang City. This research uses the theory of e-government implementation from indrajit. The research method with a qualitative approach. Because the main purpose of this research is to provide a description and explanation related to the implementation of e-government, especially in the ATISISBADA application properly and correctly. The informants of this research are employees in BPKAD, especially the assets section who manage and access ATISISBADA. From this research it can be concluded that the implementation of e-government in asset management using ATISISBADA still has problems in terms of human resources, then the application and internet network are still experiencing problems, resulting in the process of implementing e-government in BPKAD Serang City not running optimally.

| Additional Information: | E-Government merupakan suatu upaya instansi untuk mengembangkan sistem pemerintahan baik yang terintegrasi secara elektronik. BPKAD (Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah) Kota Serang merupakan salah satu instansi yang telah menerapkan e-government dalam setiap kegiatan mereka. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat hambatan sehingga mengakibatkan implementasinya belum berjalan secara optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seperti bagaimana penerapan e-government dalam pengelolaan aset menggunakan aplikasi yang bernama ATISISBADA yang ada di BPKAD Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Implementasi E�Government dari Indrajit. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Karena tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran dan penjelasan terkait dnegan implementasi e-government terutama pada aplikasi ATISISBADA secara baik dan benar. Informan dari penelitian ini pegawai yang ada di BPKAD khususnya bagian aset yang mengelola dan mengakses ATISISBADA. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan e-government dalam pengelolaan aset menggunakan ATISISBADA masih terdapat hambatan dari segi sumber daya manusia kemudian pada aplikasi dan jaringan internet masih mengalami kendala sehingga mengakibatkan proses penerapan e-government di BPKAD Kota Serang belum berjalan maksimal. | |||||||||
