Abstract
The focus of the research is the Implementation of Logistical Social Assistance for Victims of the Banjir Bandang Disaster in Lebak Regency by the Banten Province Social Service in 2020 (Case Study in Banjar Irrigation Village, Lebak Gedong District). The purpose of this study was to find out the Implementation of Logistical Social Assistance for Victims of the Banjir Bandang Disaster in Lebak Regency by the Social Service of Banten Province in 2020 (Case Study in Banjar Irrigation Village, Lebak Gedong District). The problems in the research were that there was undistributed aid, there was no priority scale when distributing aid, the procedures for distributing aid were convoluted, and the cost budget plan (rab) for spending logistical assistance for disasters that was not approved. The theory used is the theory of policy implementation according to Charles O'Jones (1996:296), including organization, interpretation, and application. The results of the study, namely the Implementation of Logistical Social Assistance for Victims of the Banjir Bandang Disaster in Lebak Regency by the Banten Province Social Service in 2020 (Case Study in Banjar Irrigation Village, Lebak Gedong District) have not gone well. The recommended advice is to coordinate with the central government regarding the review so that they can make a Budget Plan (RAB) for logistics spending for victims of natural disasters, so that logistical assistance in the form of clothing, food and boards can be channeled properly and maximally, making a priority scale for disaster victims or beneficiaries of aid and for the needs of each village, and organize and supervise when the aid distribution process is in progress.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Implementasi Bantuan Sosial Logistik Terhadap Korban Bencana Banjir Bandang Di Kabupaten Lebak Oleh Dinas Sosial Provinsi Banten Tahun 2020 (Studi Kasus Di Desa Banjar Irigasi Kecamatan Lebak Gedong). Permasalahan pada penelitian yaitu adanya bantuan yang tidak tersalurkan, tidak adanya skala prioritas pada saat penyaluran bantuan, prosedur penyaluran bantuan yang berbelit-belit, dan rencana anggsaran biaya (rab) pembelanjaan bantuan logistik untuk bencana yang tidak disetujui. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori implementasi kebijakan menurut Charles O’Jones (1996:296), meliputi organisasi, interpretasi, dan penerapan. Hasil penelitian yakni Implementasi Bantuan Sosial Logistik Terhadap Korban Bencana Banjir Bandang Di Kabupaten Lebak Oleh Dinas Sosial Provinsi Banten Tahun 2020 (Studi Kasus Di Desa Banjar Irigasi Kecamatan Lebak Gedong) belum berjalan dengan baik. Saran yang direkomendasikan yaitu berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah pusat perihal mengkaji ulang supaya dapat membuat Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) untuk belanja logistik untuk korban bencana alam, sehingga dapat bantuan logistik berupa sandang, pangan, dan papan dapat tersalurkan dengan baik dan maksimal, membuat skala prioritas untuk korban bencana atau penerima bantuan dan untuk kebutuhan di setiap desa, dan mengadakan dan melakukan pengawasan pada saat proses penyaluran bantuan sedang berlangsung. | |||||||||
