Abstract
Background Sectio caesarea is a way of delivering a fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen which can cause changes in continuity so that the mother will feel pain due to the surgical wound. If the pain is not treated immediately then it will have an uncomfortable impact on the patient both physically and psychologically, so that pain must be addressed immediately with a pharmacological approach or using drugs and can also be with non pharmacological therapy or without using drugs by using certain techniques which will then reduce the intensity of the pain itself. The purpose of this case study is to carry out Nursing Care for Post Sectio Caesarean Mothers on the Needs of Comfort (Acute Pain) with the Action of Guided Imagination Techniques in the Wijaya Kusuma Room of Rsud Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Serang City. The method used in this case study is a descriptive method in the form of a case study of two post section caesarean mothers on the need for comfort (pain) with a nursing care approach which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Results: The application of this guided imagination technique has an effective effect on overcoming acute pain in post-caesarean section mothers so that the acute pain experienced by the mother is reduced. Patient 1 on a scale of 9 became 4 and patient 2 on a scale of 8 became 2. Both patients can also re-engage in activities and can increase the patient's knowledge of guided imagination techniques. Conclusion: guided imagination in post caesarean section mothers with acute pain effectively affects and can reduce the pain of both patients and can be used and developed again as future research.

| Additional Information: | Latar belakang: Sectio caesarea merupakan suatu cara melahirkan janin dengan membuat sayatan di dinding uterus melalui dinding depan perut yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan kontinuitas sehingga ibu akan merasa nyeri karena adanya luka pembedahan. Jika rasa nyeri tidak segera ditangani maka itu akan menimbulkan dampak yang tidak nyaman bagi pasien baik secara fisik maupun psikologis, Sehingga rasa nyeri harus segera diatasi dengan pendekatan farmakologis atau memakai obat-obatan dan dapat juga dengan terapi non farmakologis atau tanpa memakai obat-obatan dengan menggunakan teknik tertentu yang kemudian akan mengurangi intensitas nyeri itu sendiri. Tujuan: Tujuan dari studi kasus ini untuk melaksanakan Asuhan Keperawatan Ibu Post Sectio Caesarea Pada Kebutuhan Rasa Nyaman (Nyeri Akut) Dengan Tindakan Teknik Imajinasi Terbimbing Di Ruang Wijaya Kusuma Rsud Dr.Drajat Prawiranegara Kota Serang. Metode: metode yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini yaitu metode deskriftif dalam bentuk studi kasus pada dua ibu post section caesarea pada kebutuhan rasa nyaman (Nyeri Akut) dengan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil: Penerapan Teknik Imajinasi terbimbing ini berpengaruh secara efektif untuk mengatasi nyeri akut pada ibu post section caesarea sehingga nyeri akut yang dialami ibu berkurang. Pasien 1 dari skala 9 menjadi 4 dan pasien 2 dari skala 8 menjadi 2. Kedua pasien juga dapat melakukan aktifitas kembali serta dapat menambah pengetahuan pasien tentang Teknik imajinasi terbimbing. Kesimpulan: Teknik imajinasi terbimbing pada ibu post section caesarea dengan nyeri akut secara efektif berpengaruh dan mampu mengurangi nyeri dari kedua pasien serta dapat digunakan dan dikembangkan lagi sebagai penelitian selanjutnya. | |||||||||
