Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline (X1) and competence (X2) on employee performance (Y) with the variable Moderation of Work Motivation (Z) at the Malingping District Office. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population used in this study was 60 employees of the Malingping District Office. The sample used in this study was the entire research population using a census sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the student version of the SmartPLS.30 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) work motivation does not moderate the effect of work discipline on employee performance. (3) work motivation moderates the effect of competency on employee performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin kerja (X1) dan Kompetensi (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan variabel Moderasi Motivasi Kerja (Z) pada Kantor Kecamatan Malingping. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanayak 60 orang pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Malingping. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik sampling sensus. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Moedling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS.30 versi pelajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (2) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) motivasi kerja memoderasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. (4) motivasi kerja memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. | |||||||||
