Abstract

PT Indonesia Power is a company engaged in power generation. Workers admitted that their work at the end of the year was more precisely the last four weeks workers experienced fatigue, a decrease in concentration that resulted in errors in inputting data. One example is, the task given more and more days becomes more difficult and the work given more than usual that can be done within a day, then the pressure of work experienced by workers so that makes the previous work more piling up. For the quality of life of workers seen from 4 aspects namely physical, psychological, social and environmental aspects, if met then the quality of life of workers become better. This study used work stress questionnaire Survey Diagnosis Stress (SDS) and worker quality of life questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF). The results of this study obtained the highest work stress score on the score role ambiguity is the security section with a score of 19 with a category of moderate stress. The highest work stress score in the score role conflict is staffing and secretariat with a score of 19 with moderate stress category. The highest work stress score on the score role over load quantity is the competency development section with a score of 21 with a moderate stress category. The highest work stress score on the score role over load quality is the community development section with a score of 19 with a moderate stress category. The highest value of work stress in the score role career development is the facility section of business facilities with a score of 19 with a category of moderate stress. The highest work stress score in the people role responsibility score is the community development section with a score of 20 with a moderate stress category. Based on the test results correlation value significance of 0.024 < 0.05 so it can be said that between work stress and the quality of life of workers are correlated or there is a relationship. There is a weak relationship between work stress and workers' quality of life with r=- 0.200 and p < 0.05.

Additional Information: PT Indonesia Power merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pembangkit tenaga listrik. Pekerja mengaku bahwa pekerjaan mereka pada akhir tahun lebih tepatnya empat minggu terakhir pekerja mengalami kelelahan, berkurangnya konsentrasi yang mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam penginputan data. Salah satu contohmya, tugas yang diberikan makin hari menjadi makin sulit dan pekerjaan yang diberikan lebih banyak daripada biasanya yang dapat dikerjakan dalam waktu sehari, maka terjadilah tekanan kerja yang dialami oleh pekerja sehingga membuat pekerjaaan sebelumnya makin menumpuk. Untuk kualitas hidup pekerja dilihat dari 4 aspek yaitu aspek fisik, psikologis, sosial dan lingkungan, jika terpenuhi maka kualitas hidup pekerja menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner stres kerja Survey Diagnosis Stress (SDS) dan kuesioner kualitas hidup pekerja (WHOQOL-BREF). Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan nilai stres kerja tertinggi pada score role ambiguity ialah section keamanan dengan score 19 dengan kategori stres sedang. Nilai stres kerja tertinggi pada score role conflict ialah kepegawaian dan sekretariat dengan score 19 dengan kategori stres sedang. Nilai stres kerja tertinggi pada score role over load quantity ialah section pengembangan kompetensi dengan score 21 dengan kategori stres sedang. Nilai stres kerja tertinggi pada score role over load quality ialah section community development dengan score 19 dengan kategori stres sedang. Nilai stres kerja tertinggi pada score role career development ialah section fasilitas sarana usaha dengan score 19 dengan kategori stres sedang. Nilai stres kerja tertinggi pada score role responsibility people ialah section community development dengan score 20 dengan kategori stres sedang. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi nilai signifikansi 0,024 < 0,05 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa antara stres kerja dengan kualitas hidup pekerja berkorelasi atau terdapat hubungan. Ada hubungan lemah antara stres kerja dengan kualitas hidup pekerja dengan r = - 0,200 dan p < 0,05.
