Abstract
Linuriyah. NIM. 6662090036. Skripsi. Penanganan Masalah Anak Melalui Pendekatan Komunikasi Ibu dan Anak di Kp.Purnabhakti Kota Serang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya masalah pada anak yang berada di Kp.Purnabhakti Kota Serang. Diantaranya sulitnya diatur, emosi diri, kurang disiplin waktu serta kurang percaya diri dan mandiri menjadi permasalahan yang harus dicarikan solusinya. Komunikasi yang terjadi antara ibu dan anak bukan hanya sekedar pertukaran informasi, akan tetapi melalui komunikasi inilah anak dapat menyatakan isi hatinya, memperjelas pikiran dalam penyampaikan idenya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hubungan ibu kepada anak serta sikap komunikasi ibu pada anak di Kp.Purnabhakti Kota Serang. Penelitian ini bertitik tolak dari teori interaksionisme simbolik dari George Herbert Mead. Teori ini merupakan tindakan sosial dan interaksi manusia yang memiliki pikiran sebagai kemampuan untuk menggunakan simbol yang mempunyai makna sosial yang sama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Empat informan dan satu informan pendukung menjadi sumber data penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pemaparan yang disajikan secara deskriptif analitis guna menjawab permasalahan yang telah diidentifikasikan. Hasil penelitian ini Pertama, bahwa hubungan ibu dalam menangani masalah anak telah melakukan pendekatan dengan memberikan kenyamanan anak, disini orangtua berperan penting dalam membimbing anaknya dengan berbagai ajaran positif. Kedua, sikap komunikasi ibu dalam menangani masalah anak sesuai, karena orangtua memiliki kualitas umum demi terciptanya komunikasi antarpribadi, yaitu dengan keterbukaan pada anak, adanya empati, sikap mendukung, sikap positif, serta kesetaraan yang dilakukan orangtua.

This research is motivated by a problem in children who are in Kp.Purnabhakti Serang City. Among the difficulties are hardly to obedient, self-emotions, lack of disciplinary time and self-confidence issues that must be solved. Communication between parents and children is not just the exchange of information, but through this communication the children can expresses what is in their heart, clear in conveying their thoughts. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe parental relationship to children and parent’s communication attitudes to children in Kp.Purnabhakti Serang City. This study starts from the theory of symbolic interactionism of George Herbert Mead. This theory is a social action and interaction of human beings with the ability to use their minds as a symbol that has the same social meaning. The method that used for this research is a qualitative. Four informants and a supporting informants become the sources of this research. Data collection techniques gained through interviews and observation. Exposure are presented in a descriptive analysis in order to answer the problems that have been identified. Results of this study. First, that the mother’s relationship in dealing with children have made approaches to providing comfort of the child, the parents here plays an important role in guiding their children with a variety of positive teaching. Secondly, the attitude of the mother communication in dealing with child appropriate, because the parents have a common quality for the creation of interpersonal communication, with openness to children, the empathetic, supportive attitude, positive attitude, and equality that parents do. |
