Abstract
The Kampus Mengajar Program provides opportunities for Indonesian students to teach in 3 t regional schools and assist school administration. The purpose of this program is to train students in terms of soft skills and hard skills. In running the program, it is necessary to hold an evaluation to review whether the program objectives have been achieved or not, therefore the author examines the Evaluation of the Results of the Implementation of the Teaching Campus Program for Mathematics Education Students at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University who have consistently participated in the teaching campus program from the first batch until now. This study aims to describe how to evaluate the results of the implementation of the teaching campus program for Mathematics Education students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The type of research used is qualitative. The data collection method used is in the form of interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification. Researchers use a goal-oriented evaluation design according to Tyler. The subjects of this study were students who participated in campus teaching programs from batch 2 to batch 4 in the Department of Mathematics Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The results of this study stated that the results of the implementation of the campus teaching program to students improved skills in six categories in accordance with the objectives of the program, namely social empathy, problem solving skills, team work and team management, creative and innovative in designing learning strategies and methods, creative and innovative in designing learning models and also communication skills. Thus, the objectives of the teaching campus program have been achieved and produce the expected output in the program objectives. Keywords: Evaluation, Mathematics Education, Teaching Campus Program

| Additional Information: | Program Kampus Mengajar Kemendikbud memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa dan mahasiswi Indonesia untuk mengajar pada sekolah daerah 3 t dan membantu administrasi sekolah. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk melatih mahasiswa dalam segi soft skill maupun hard skill nya. Dalam menjalankan program perlu diadakannya evaluasi untuk meninjau apakah tujuan program sudah tercapai atau tidak, maka dari itu penulis meneliti tentang Evaluasi Hasil Implementasi Program Kampus Mengajar pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa yang telah konsisten mengikuti program kampus mengajar dari angkatan satu hingga sekarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang bagaimana evaluasi hasil implementasi program kampus mengajar pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dan juga dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, tampilan data dan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Peneliti menggunakan desain evaluasi berbasis tujuan/goal oriented evaluation menurut Tyler. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang mengikuti program kampus mengajar angkatan 2 sampai angkatan 4 di jurusan Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa hasil implementasi program kampus mengajar pada mahasiswa meningkatkan skill dalam enam kategori sesuai dengan tujuan program, yaitu empati sosial, kemampuan memecahkan masalah (problem solving), kemampuan bekerja sama (team work) dan manajemen tim, kreatif dan inovatif dalam merancang strategi dan metode pembelajaran, kreatif dan inovatif dalam merancang model pembelajaran dan juga kemampuan berkomunikasi.
