Abstract
Background: Nocturia is a disorder of urinary elimination in the form of a continuous urge to urinate at night. Third trimester pregnant women will experience nocturia caused by pressure on the uterus because the lower part of the fetus descends so that the bladder is pressed and causes the frequency of urination to increase. The problem of discomfort in third trimester pregnant women who frequently urinate in Indonesia is around 50% with a percentage of 96.7% and complaints of frequent urination in pregnant women can cause damp underwear conditions because they often clean the genitals after urinating. If it continues to be left unchecked, a urinary tract infection will occur which will cause a burning sensation, itching, redness, pain, burning and even irritation and even transmission of venereal diseases. Research Objectives: To provide nursing care to third trimester pregnant women with indications of nocturia at the Serang City Health Center. Research Methods: Using descriptive research in the form of case studies by applying a specialist care approach which includes assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Research Results: Cases ofpregnant women in the third trimester who experienced nocturia and said they did not know how to maintain vulvar cleanliness or personal genital hygiene after pregnant women were educated at the Serang City Health Center were able to know and understand how to care for the vulva properly and correctly. Conclusion: Third trimester pregnant women can know and understand vulva hygiene.

| Additional Information: | Latar Belakang: Nokturia merupakan gangguan eliminasi urine berupa keinginan untuk buang air kecil secara terus-menerus pada malam hari. Ibu hamil trimester III akan mengalami nokturia yang disebabkan oleh tekanan pada uterus karena bagian bawah janin turun sehingga kandung kemih tertekan dan mengakibatkan frekuensi berkemih meningkat. Masalah ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil trimester III yang sering buang air kecil di Indonesia yaitu sekitar 50% dengan presentase 96,7% dan keluhan sering buang air kecil pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan kondisi celana dalam lembab karena sering membersihkan kemaluan setelah buang air kecil. Jika terus dibiarkan maka akan terjadi infeksi saluran kemih yang menimbulkan rasa panas, gatal-gatal, muncul kemerahan, nyeri, perih bahkan iritasi bahkan penularan penyakit kelamin. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien ibu hamil trimester III atas indikasi nokturia di Puskesmas Serang Kota. Metode Penelitian: Menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan menerapkan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil Penelitian: Kasus ibu hamil pada trimester III yang mengalami nokturia dan mengatakan tidak mengetahui cara menjaga kebersihan vulva atau personal hygiene genitalia setelah dilakukan edukasi ibu hamil di Puskesmas Serang Kota mampu untuk mengetahui dan memahami cara perawatan vulva yang baik dan benar. Kesimpulan: Ibu hamil trimester III dapat mengetahui dan memahami vulva hygiene. | |||||||||
