Abstract
The purpose of making this thesis is to find out: how (1) Management of the sewing training program in improving the learning outcomes of trainees at the UPT Vocational Training Center, Kab. Pandeglang (2) results of sewing training for trainees at UPT Pandeglang Job Training Center (3) supporting and inhibiting factors in improving sewing training learning outcomes for trainees at UPT Pandeglang Job Training Center. This study uses a qualitative research method based on data or information obtained through research by: 1) Observation, 2) Interview, 3) Documentation. Data processing techniques and data analysis in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that 1) the management of the sewing training program in improving the learning outcomes of the trainees had gone well, the managers carried out the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. 2) the results of sewing training in improving the learning outcomes of the trainees are in the form of three aspects which include cognitive, affective, and psychomotor which are concerned with improving the learning outcomes of the trainees. 3) supporting factors and inhibiting factors that influence the sewing training program at the UPT Work Training Center of Pandeglang Regency, namely instructor factors, facilities and infrastructure training participants, and funds.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari pembuatan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui: bagaimana (1) Manajemen program pelatihan menjahit dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta pelatihan di UPT Balai Latihan Kerja Kab. Pandeglang (2) hasil pelatihan menjahit pada peserta pelatihan di UPT Balai Latihan Kerja Pandeglang (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pelatihan menjahit pada peserta pelatihan di UPT Balai Latihan Kerja Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang didasarkan pada data atau informasi yang diperoleh melalui penelitian dengan: 1) Observasi, 2) Wawancara, 3) Dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini diantaranya reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa 1) manajemen program pelatihan menjahit dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta pelatihan sudah berjalan dengan baik, pengelola melakukan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. 2) hasil pelatihan menjahit dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta pelatihan berupa tiga aspek yang meliputi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik yang berkenaan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta pelatihan. 3) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi program pelatihan menjahit di UPT Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Pandeglang yaitu faktor instruktur, peserta pelatihan sarana dan prasarana, dan dana. | |||||||||
