Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the influence and analyze the factors that can improve employee performance. Namely the variable servant leadership, work culture, non-physical work environment and organizational commitment are able to mediate an increase in employee performance related to services at the Jakarta PSDKP Base. The study used a quantitative approach with saturated sampling techniques using questionnaires and a population of 136 employees. Using SEM PLS 4.0 as a statistical tool. The results of the study show that servant leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, there is a significant influence of work culture on employee performance, there is a significant effect of servant leadership on organizational commitment, there is a significant influence of Non- Physical Work Environment on organizational commitment, work culture has a significant effect on commitment organization, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment can mediate the influence of servant leadership on employee performance. Managerial implications are made using the concept of POLC (Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling) according to the managerial level.

Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Yakni variabel servant leadership, budaya kerja, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan komitmen organisasi mampu memediasi memberikan kenaikan pada kinerja pegawai terkait pelayanan di Pangkalan PSDKP Jakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh menggunakan kuesioner serta populasi sebanyak 136 orang pegawai. Menggunakan SEM PLS 4.0 sebagai alat bantu statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, adanya pengaruh secara signifikan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, adanya pengaruh signifikan servant leadership terhadap komitmen organisasi, adanya pengaruh secara signifikan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Komitmen organisasi, budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. Implikasi manajerial dibuat menggunakan konsep POLC (Planning, Organizing, Leading, dan Controlling) sesuai dengan level manajerial. | |||||||||
