Abstract
This research basically used an associative quantitative approach. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, location and price on consumer satisfaction of Mamah Bais Malimping fish balls partially and simultaneously. This research is located di Banjarsari Jl. Akses Perumahan, Cipocok Jaya, Serang, Banten.The sampling technique used in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The population used in this study were all consumers of Mamah Bais Malimping Fish Meatballs in Serang City. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression. Before the data is analyzed, the data is tested first using validation and reliability tests. The results of data processing show that the questionnaire items are valid and all variables are reliable. The sample in this study were 85 consumers who were considered to be sufficiently representative of the population under study. Based on the research results, all the variables examined in this study have a significant influence on customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini pada dasarnya menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, lokasi dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen bakso ikan Mamah Bais Malimping secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Banjarsari Jl. Akses Perumahan, Cipocok Jaya, Serang, Banten. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Bakso Ikan Mamah Bais Malimping di Kota Serang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Sebelum data dianalisis, data diuji terlebih dahulu menggunakan uji validasi dan reliabilitas. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa item kuesioner valid dan semua variabel reliabel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 85 konsumen yang dianggap cukup mewakili populasi yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, seluruh variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. | |||||||||
