Abstract
Agenda pemilihan kepala desa sudah bagi masyarakat desa di Indoensia tentu sudah tidak asing lagi. Namun, adanya pemilihan langsung sepanjang perkembangan politik di Indonesia nyatanya tidak otomatis membawa dampak positif dan seringkali mengalami pasang surut bila dilihat dari angka partisipasi dan kualitas pemilihan kepala desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan menggambarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi masyarakat pada pemilihan kepala desa serentak tahun 2022 di Kecamatan Cibadak Kabupaten Lebak. Penelitian ini menemukan hasil sebagai berikut : 1) Partisipasi Politik Masyarakat Desa di Kecamatan Cibadak Kabupaten Lebak dapat dianggap cukup bagus kecuali di Desa Kadu Agung Tengah yang dibuktikan dengan tingkat partisipasi politik pada pemilihan kepala desa serentak tahun 2022 diatas 85% kecuali Desa Kadu Agung Tengah. 2) Tingginya Partisipasi Politik Masyarakat Desa di empat Desa pada Pilkades Serentak 2022 di Kecamatan Cibadak Kabupaten Lebak dipengaruhi oleh faktor adanya pemberian paket sembako dan janji kemudahan akses bantuan dan program pemerintah bagi masyarakat yang mendukung kepala desa terpilih. 3) Rendahnya angka partisipasi masyarakat Desa Kadu Agung Tengah adalah kurangnya kesadaran politik yang ditunjukkan masyarakat desa Kadu Agung Tengah dan lebih memilih tetap bekerja pada hari pencoblosan.

| Additional Information: | The village head election agenda is already familiar to village communities in Indonesia. However, the existence of direct elections throughout political developments in Indonesia in fact does not automatically have a positive impact and often experiences ups and downs when viewed from the participation rate and quality of village head elections. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method which aims to describe the factors that influence community participation in the simultaneous village head elections in 2022 in Cibadak District, Lebak Regency. This research found the following results: 1) Village Community Political Participation in Cibadak Subdistrict, Lebak Regency can be considered quite good except in Kadu Agung Tengah Village as evidenced by the level of political participation in the simultaneous village head elections in 2022 above 85% except for Kadu Agung Tengah Village. 2) The high political participation of village communities in four villages in the 2022 simultaneous Pilkades in Cibadak District, Lebak Regency was influenced by the factor of the provision of basic food packages and promises of easy access to assistance and government programs for communities that support elected village heads. 3) The low participation rate of the people of Kadu Agung Tengah Village is the lack of political awareness shown by the people of Kadu Agung Tengah Village and preferring to keep working on election day. | |||||||||
