Abstract
Productivity is one of the key factors in monitoring an industry's performance and making continuous improvements. UKM Usaha Tani Lebak is an industry involved in processing coconut water into nata de coco. One of the challenges faced is the lack of measurement and evaluation of productivity and environmental performance. Within the production process, they have not focused on water efficiency, resulting in high energy costs. Moreover, non-product outputs, such as failed products and untreated production waste, are discharged into the environment. To address these issues and improve productivity while reducing environmental impacts, a green productivity approach is adopted to explore alternative improvement solutions. Green productivity is a strategy that aims to enhance company performance while minimizing environmental impact. The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method is utilized to determine alternative solutions for supporting the improvement efforts. The AHP method allows for subjective decision-making by incorporating expert opinions. Based on the calculation results, the current productivity is determined to be 1,335, with a GPI (Green Productivity Index) value of 0,6882. The chosen alternative repair solution is a combination of the neutralization and washing processes, resulting in a productivity value of 1,33587 and a GPI value of 0,927. Utilizing the AHP method, the alternative solution with the highest weight is waste treatment with the principle of recycle and reuse.

| Additional Information: | Produktivitas menjadi salah satu hal yang penting bagi sebuah industri untuk memantau kinerja dan melakukan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan. UKM Usaha Tani Lebak adalah salah satu industri yang mengolah air kelapa menjadi nata de coco. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu belum dilakukan pengukuran dan evaluasi produktivitas maupun kinerja lingkungan. Dalam proses produksi, belum memperhatikan efisiensi penggunaan air yang berdampak pada tingginya biaya energi. Selain itu, terdapat non product output berupa produk gagal dan limbah hasil produksi yang tidak diolah sebelum dibuang ke lingkungan. Agar mampu mengukur serta meningkatkan produktivitas dan menurunkan dampak lingkungan, maka digunakan pendekatan green productivity untuk menentukan alternatif solusi perbaikan. Green Productivity merupakan strategi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dan mengurangi dampak lingkungan secara bersamaan. Selain itu, dilakukan penentuan alternatif solusi perbaikan pendukung dengan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Metode AHP digunakan untuk memilih suatu keputusan secara subjektif melalui pendapat para pakar. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh produktivitas current sebesar 1,335 dan nilai GPI (Green Productivity Index) sebesar 0,6882. Alternatif solusi perbaikan terpilih yaitu penggabungan proses penetralan dan pencucian dengan nilai produktivitas sebesar 1,33587 dan nilai GPI sebesar 0,927. Dengan metode AHP diperoleh alternatif solusi perbaikan pendukung terpilih dengan bobot tertinggi yaitu pengolahan limbah dengan prinsip recycle dan reuse. | |||||||||
