Abstract
Efforts to improve academic self-efficacy are group guidance. This research was conducted with the aim of developing a guidebook for the implementation of group guidance with cinema therapy techniques to facilitate Guidance and Counseling teachers in carrying out group guidance activities and provide an overview and innovation in the implementation of group guidance with cinema therapy techniques and is expected to be able to improve students' academic self-efficacy through guidance activities. interesting group. The method used is the research and development (R&D) method by adapting the ADDIE model in three stages, namely the analysis stage, the design stage and the development stage. The technique used to collect data is by conducting expert due diligence on the product to be developed. The technique used to analyze the data in order to test the feasibility of the product development using the eligibility criteria from Arikunto. The results of the material expert test stated that linguistics reached a percentage of 90%, the standard content of the percentage was 69% and the suitability of the material obtained a percentage of 83%. Meanwhile, the results of the media expert test stated that language reached a percentage of 92%, design reached a percentage of 92%, coloring got 92% and graphics got 100%. The results of the product development feasibility test that have been tested by one material expert lecturer and three media expert teachers from both resulted in an average rating of 87.5%, meaning that the guidebook for implementing group guidance with cinema therapy techniques made by researchers is included in the "Eligible" criteria..

| Additional Information: | Upaya meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik yaitu bimbingan kelompok. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan mengembangkan buku panduan pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik cinema therapy guna mempermudah guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam melaksanakan kegiatan bimbingan kelompok dan memberikan sebuah gambaran serta inovasi pada pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik cinema therapy serta diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efikasi diri akademik siswa melalui kegiatann bimbingan kelompok yang menarik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian research and development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model ADDIE dalam tiga tahapan yaitu tahap analisis (analysis), tahap desain (design) dan tahap pengembangan (development). Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dengan cara melakukan uji kelayakan ahli terhadap produk yang akan dikembangkan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganlisis data guna menguji kelayakan produk pengembangan menggunakan kriteria kelayakan dari Arikunto. Hasil uji ahli materi menyatakan kebahasaan mencapai presentase 90%, standar isi presentase sebesar 69% dan kesesuaian materi memperoleh presentase sebesar 83%. Sementara, hasil uji ahli media menyatakan kebahasaan mencapai presentase 92%, desain mencapai presentase 92%, pewarnaan memperoleh sebesar 92% dan grafis memperoleh sebesar100%. Hasil uji kelayakan produk pengembangan yang telah diujikan oleh satu dosen ahli materi dan tiga guru ahli media dari keduanya menghasilkan penilaian rata- rata sebesar 87,5%, artinya buku panduan pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik cinema therapy yang dibuat peneliti termasuk dalam kriteria “Layak”. | |||||||||
