Abstract
The background of the research was to find out how the readiness for updating Mandiri Civil Servants (PNS) data with the SIMASTEN application at the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Banten Province. The core of the problem of this research is to deepen and find new ideas in overcoming problems related to Updating Independent Civil Servants (PNS) Data with the SIMASTEN application in the regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Banten Province so that it can be a reference if there is a change in the system in the future.The approach taken is the Theory of the Success of a Management Information System (DMIS) developed by DeLone & McLane (2003).The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach with explorative type and purposive sampling. Observations made by interviewing 14 informants (8 key informants, 4 additional informants and 2 expert informants). Data analysis is then interpreted to obtain the output of the research results at the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Banten Province.The results of the study show that SIMASTEN: (1) meets the standard requirements for e-government application systems as Pergub Banten Number 67 of 2017; (2) is ready in the system if an independent civil servant data update is carried out in Banten Province in the future; (3) menu / features and content still need to be further optimized; (4) being able to become a precise and reliable staffing database; (5) capable of being a database for applications in other staffing fields. Recommendations related to this research are: (1) Further develop menus/features and content in SIMASTEN so as to increase the value of its benefits; (2) implementation of Call Center Establishment; (3) additional bandwidth capacity of the network; (4)Accelerating the Ratification of the Banten Governor Regulation regarding SIMASTEN and (5)Making the Frequency Ask and Question (FAQ) Feature/Menu.

| Additional Information: | Latar Belakang dilakukannya penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Kesiapan Pemutakhiran data Mandiri Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dengan aplikasi SIMASTEN di Badan Kepegawaian daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten. Inti Permasalahan dari Penelitian adalah untuk memperdalam dan mencari gagasan baru dalam mengatasi permasalahan terkait Pemutakhiran Data Mandiri Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dengan aplikasi SIMASTEN di Badan Kepegawaian daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten sehingga bisa menjadi acuan jika terjadi pergantian sistem di masa yang akan datang.Pendekatan yang diambil adalah Teori tentang Kesuksesan sebuah Sistem Informasi Manajemen (DMIS) yang dikembangkan oleh DeLone & McLane (2003).Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan tipe Exploratif dengan Purposive Sampling. Observasi yang dilakukan dengan mewawancarai 14 orang informan ( 8 Orang Informan kunci, 4 Orang informan tambahan dan 2 orang Informan Ahli ).Analisa Data kemudian diinterpretasikan untuk mendapatkan Output Hasil Penelitian di di Badan Kepegawaian daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SIMASTEN: (1)memenuhi persyaratan standar sistem aplikasi e-government sebagaimana Pergub Banten Nomor 67 tahun 2017;(2)siap secara sistem jika dilakukan Pemutakhiran data mandiri PNS di Provinsi Banten dimasa yang akan datang;(3)menu/fitur serta konten masih perlu dioptimalkan lagi;(4) mampu menjadi basis data kepegawaian yang presisi dan terpercaya; (5)mampu menjadi basis data bagi aplikasi bidang kepegawaian lainnya.Rekomendasi terkait penelitian ini adalah: (1)Lebih Mengembangkan Menu/fitur serta konten di SIMASTEN sehingga meningkatkan nilai kemanfaatan; (2)implementasi Pembentukan Call Center; (3) penambahan kapasitas Bandiwith jaringan;(4)Percepatan Pengesahan Pergub Banten tentang SIMASTEN serta (5)Pembuatan Fitur/Menu Frequency Asked and Question (FAQ) | |||||||||
