Abstract

CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) is a clinical condition in which the heart is unable to pump enough blood to meet circulatory needs, resulting in an inadequate body metabolism. According to WHO, coronary heart disease has become the main cause of death over the past few years, accounting for 16% of total deaths from all causes. lead to more serious complications. The purpose of this study is to describe how nursing care for CHF patients with Ineffective Peripheral Perfusion nursing problems, which combines assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation into case studies using descriptive research techniques. This case study compared two patients with CHF who had peripheral perfusion problems and ineffective nursing. characterized by slowly improving breathing. However, intervention must still be continued to monitor the progress of the patient's health.

Additional Information:	CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) adalah kondisi kllinis dimana jantung tidak dapat memompa darah dalam jumlah yang cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sirkulasi sehingga metabolism tubuh tidak adekuat. Menurut WHO, penyakit jantung koroner telah menjadi penyebab utama kematian selama beberapa tahun terakhir, mencakup 16% kematian total dari semua penyebab.Di Banten sendiri prevalensi penyakit jantung mencapai 1,4% pada tahun 2018. Oleh karena itu penyakit ini harus segera ditangani agar tidak mengakibatkan komplikasi lebih serius. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan bagaimana asuhan keperawatan pada pasien CHF dengan masalah keperawatan Perfusi Perifer Tidak Efektif, yang menggabungkan penilaian, diagnosis, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi ke dalam studi kasus yang menggunakan teknik penelitian deskriptif. Studi kasus ini membandingkan dua pasien dengan CHF yang memiliki masalah perfusi perifer dan keperawatan yang tidak efektif.Berdasarkan studi kasus yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan yaitu selama melakukan implementasi pemberian oksigenasi dan pemberian obat sesuai instruksi dokter, masalah perfusi perifer tidak efektif pada kedua pasien dapat teratasi yang ditandai dengan pernapasan perlahan membaik. Namun intervensi masih harus dilanjutkan untuk memonitor perkembangan Kesehatan pasien.
