Abstract

This study entitled the implementation of the Theater Training of Trainers class at the Wong Kite Cilegon Theater Studio reviews the training process and the impact of the results of the training on prospective trainers with Kirkpatrick's theory. The implementation of the Training of Trainer Class has been successful for training organizers, there are deficiencies that are felt by prospective trainers based on Kirkpatrick's Theory. This study aims to describe the training process of the Training of Trainer class training and analyze the impact of the results of the Training of Trainer class training with Kirkpatrick's theory. This research was conducted at the Wong Kite Theater Studio on Jalan Pemda, Lebak Denok, Citangkil District, Cilegon City, Banten with the organizers and training participants as research subjects. The research method used is qualitative. The results of this study are the process of theater training in the Training of Trainer class at the Wong Kite Theater Studio, Cilegon in the design of theater performances, paying attention to pre-production, production and staging planning to create a theatrical performance that has value in a simple concept. So the theater training process Training of Trainer Class The series of training includes pre-activity, initial activities, core activities, final staging activities from prospective trainers, obtaining success from the implementation but directing training as a support for training there are deficiencies during the training process this can be seen from the assessment of Prospective Trainers based on Kirkpatrick's theory of organizers and trainers (instructors) of training which are very influential on the implementation of the training program implemented by the Wong Kite Cilegon Theater Studio in the future.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini berjudul penerapan pelatihan teater kelas Training of Trainer di Sanggar Teater Wong Kite Cilegon mengkaji tentang proses pelatihan dan dampak dari hasil pelatihan terhadap calon pelatih dengan teori kirkpatrick. Penerapan Kelas Training of Trainer memperoleh keberhasilan bagi penyelenggara pelatihan, terdapat kekurangan yang dirasakan oleh calon pelatih berdasarkan Teori Kirkpatrick. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelatihan teater kelas Training of Trainer dan menganalisis dampak dari hasil pelatihan teater kelas Training of Trainer dengan teori Kirkpatrick. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sanggar Teater Wong Kite di Jalan Pemda, Lebak Denok Kecamatan Citangkil Kota Cilegon Banten dengan subjek penelitian penyelenggara dan peserta pelatihan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu proses pelatihan teater kelas Training of Trainer di Sanggar Teater Wong Kite Cilegon pada perancangan pementasan teater memperhatikan perencanaan pra produksi, produksi dan pementasan untuk menciptakan suatu karya pemenatasan teater yang memiliki nilai dalam konsep sederhana. Maka proses pelatihan teater Kelas Training of Trainer rangkaian pelatihan meliputi pra kegiatan, kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, kegiatan akhir pementasan dari calon pelatih, memperoleh keberhasilan dari penyelenggaraan namun pedoman pelatihan sebagai penunjang pelatihan terdapat kekurangan selama proses pelatihan hal ini dapat dilihat dari penilaian Calon Pelatih berdasarkan Teori Kirkpatrick terhadap penyelenggaraan dan pelatih (instruktur) pelatihan yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan program pelatihan yang diterapkan Sanggar Teater Wong Kite Cilegon dimasa yang akan datang.
