Abstract

The National Standardization Agency (BSN) established the Indonesian National Standard SNI 1726: 2019 concerning Procedures for Planning Earthquake Resistance for Building Structures and in 2020, BSN again decided to establish the Indonesian National Standard SNI 1729: 2020 concerning Specifications for Structural Steel Buildings so that there was a change in the building planning reference pattern. The location of this research is at PT Sapta Cemerlang II. This research aims to determine the performance of the structure when receiving earthquake loads, and the strength of the profile in resisting loads referring to Indonesian SNI 1726: 2019 and SNI 1729: 2020, in order to ensure safety and minimize the impact of earthquake disasters and structural failures. This research was conducted to determine the stiffness of the existing building structure against earthquake loads according to SNI 1726-2019. Knowing the cross-sectional capacity of the existing structure due to loading according to SNI 1726-2019 and SNI 1729-2020. Structural analysis using SAP2000vv24 software and control using manual calculations. The results of this warehouse planning are IWF roof 300x150x6,5x9, IWF 250x150x6x9 and L 80x80x8x18, gording C 150x75x9x12,5, regel IWF 250x150x6x9, column I IWF 250x125x6x9, column II IWF 200x100x5,5x8, column III IWF 300x150x6,5x9, column IV IWF 400x200x8x13, column V IWF 500x200x10x16, pedestal I 250x300 mm, pedestal II 400x250, pedestal III 400x280, pedestal IV 600x350, IWF beam 250x125x6x9, sagrod using "∅" 16 mm, bracing using "∅" 16 mm using ASTM A36/36M steel grade. The floor slab is designed using bondex with a thickness of 120 mm using D10-100 mm M8 wiremesh size with a total of 6 reinforcements. The connection used in this plan uses a bolt connection (A307) M22 22 mm diameter. Keywords: Warehouse Planning, Steel Structure, Earthquake.

Additional Information: Badan Standarisasi Nasional (BSN) memutuskan penetapan Standar Nasional Indonesia SNI 1726:2019 tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Penjelasannya dan tahun 2020, BSN kembali memutuskan penetapan Standar Nasional Indonesia SNI 1729:2020 tentang Spesifikasi untuk Bangunan Gedung Baja Struktural sehingga adanya perubahan dalam pola acuan perencanaan bangunan, sehingga perlunya analisa terhadap suatu bangunan yang telah ada untuk mengetahui kinerja struktur saat menerima beban gempa, dan kekuatan profil dalam menahan beban, guna menjamin keselamatan dan meminimalisir dampak dari bencana gempa maupun dari kegagalan struktur Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kekakuan struktur bangunan eksisting terhadap beban gempa sesuai SNI 1726-2019, dan mengetahui kapasitas penampang struktur eksisiting akibat pembebanan sesuai SNI 1729-2020. Analisa struktur menggunakan software SAP2000vv24 serta kontrol menggunakan perhitungan manual. Hasil dari perencanaan gudang ini telah memenuhi standar SNI 1729-2020 dengan profil yang digunakan yaitu atap IWF 300x150x6,5x9, IWF 250x150x6x9 dan L 80x80x8x18, gording C 150x75x9x12,5, regel IWF 250x150x6x9, kolom I IWF 250x125x6x9, kolom II IWF 200x100x5,5x8, kolom III IWF 300x150x6,5x9, kolom IV IWF 400x200x8x13 , kolom V IWF 500x200x10x16, pedestal I 250x300 mm, pedestal II 400x250, pedestal III 400x280, pedestal IV 600x350, Balok IWF 250x125x6x9, sagrod menggunakan "∅" 16 mm, bracing menggunakan "∅" 16 mm menggunakan dengan mutu baja ASTM A36/36M. Pada pelat lantai didesain menggunakan bondex dengan ketebalan 120 mm digunakan D10-100 mm ukuran wiremesh M8 dengan jumlah 6 tulangan. Sambungan yang digunakan pada perencanaan ini menggunakan sambungan baut (A307) M22 diameter 22 mm. Kata kunci: Perencanaan Gudang, Struktur Baja, Gempa
