Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the role of incentives as a moderating variable and organizational commitment as a mediating variable in improving employee performance at Kencana Hospital, Serang City. The population in this study were all employees of Kencana Hospital, Serang City. In this study, a saturated sample was used for the sampling method, which means that all the people in the population are used as the sample. As a result, the entire workforce of Serang City Kencana Hospital or 243 respondents became the research sample. The results showed that Training Effectiveness did not have a significant effect on Employee Performance and also had a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Preventive Work Discipline had a significant effect on Employee Performance and a significant effect on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Providing Incentives can moderate strengthening the effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance.

Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran insentif sebagai variabel moderasi dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Kencana Kota Serang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Rumah Sakit Kencana Kota Serang. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel jenuh digunakan untuk metode pengambilan sampel, yang berarti bahwa semua orang dalam populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasilnya, seluruh tenaga kerja Rumah Sakit Kencana Kota Serang atau 243 responden menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efektivitas Pelatihan tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja Preventif memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Pemberian Insentif dapat memoderasi memperkuat pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. | |||||||||
