Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile of students' integrated science process skills in biotechnology learning for class XII IPA 1 students at SMAN 8 Kota Serang Academic Year 2022/2023. This research is a descriptive research. Data collection was carried out through integrated science process skills observation sheets (KPST) and supported by data from teacher interviews and documentation, using hydroponic worksheets developed by Laelatul (2021) with field tests carried out to determine the effectiveness of a learning media product. The sample in this study were 33 students of class XII IPA 1 at SMAN 8 Serang City. Based on the results of data processing, the aspect of formulating a hypothesis has a value of 95.4%; on the aspect of planning an experiment with a value of 68.6%; and the aspect of interpreting data with a value of 66.6%. From the results of the study it can be concluded that class XII IPA 1 students of SMAN 8 Serang City for the 2022/2023 Academic Year have integrated science process skills in the good category with a value of 69.8%. Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil keterampilan proses sains terintegrasi siswa pada pembelajaran bioteknologi siswa kelas XII IPA 1 SMAN 8 Kota Serang Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar observasi keterampilan proses sains terintegrasi (KPST) dan didukung oleh data hasil wawancara guru serta dokumentasi, menggunakan LKP hidroponik hasil pengembangan laelatul (2021) dengan dilakukan uji lapangan untuk mengetahui efektivitas suatu produk media pembelajaran. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 33 siswa kelas XII IPA 1 SMAN 8 Kota Serang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data aspek merumuskan hipotesis memiliki nilai 95,4%; pada aspek merencanakan percobaan dengan nilai 68,6%; dan aspek menafsirkan data dengan nilai 66,6%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas XII IPA 1 SMAN 8 Kota Serang Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023 memiliki keterampilan proses sains terintegrasi dalam kategori baik dengan nilai 69,8%.
