Abstract

This study focuses on employee performance. Employees have a very important role in the success and development of the company. Employee performance is very important to improve and advance the company's business. Companies need to put employees in the right position so that their performance can be maximized. The success and sustainability of an organization will also be largely determined by the willingness of employees to behave not only in carrying out their main tasks, but also having the desire to become good employees in the organization. Therefore, in this condition, it is necessary to increase the nonphysical work environment and intrinsic motivation which is supported by an increase in OCB so that it has a direct impact on improving employee performance in providing medical services. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the relationship between non-physical work environment and intrinsic motivation to OCB in improving employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research with data analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with data processing using smartPLS 3.0. Consists of 4 variables and 17 indicators. The population in this study was 124 employees with a saturated sample, ie the entire population was sampled. The result of this study is that the non-physical work environment has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. However, intrinsic motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. While the work environment and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on OCB and OCB also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini berfokus pada kinerja karyawan. Karyawan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting pada kesuksesan dan perkembangan perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan dan memajukan bisnis perusahaan. Perusahaan perlu menempatkan karyawan pada posisi yang tepat agar kinerjanya bisa lebih maksimal. Kesuksesan dan keberlanjutan suatu organisasi juga akan sangat ditentukan oleh kesediaan karyawan untuk berperilaku tidak hanya mengerjakan tugas-tugas pokok mereka, tetapi juga memiliki keinginan untuk menjadi karyawan yang baik (good citizen) dalam organisasi. Oleh karena itu, pada kondisi ini diperlukannya peningkatan lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi intrinsik yang didukung dengan adanya peningkatan OCB sehingga berdampak langsung terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan medis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dan motivasi intrinsik terhadap OCB dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan olah data menggunakan smartPLS 3.0. Terdiri dari 4 variabel dan 17 indikator. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 124 pegawai dengan sampel jenuh, yakni seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Namun, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB dan OCB juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
