Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of electronic word of mouth, location, and product quality partially and simultaneously affecting consumer purchasing decisions in the Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Laksa Tangerang. This research was conducted in the Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Laksa Tangerang with the number of samples taken was 75 samples, the sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling by accidental sampling. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS software programme. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that electronic word of mouth, location, and product quality simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions. Electronic word of mouth, location, and product quality have a partial positive effect in consumer purchasing decisions. The effective contribution of the three independent variables to the dependent variable in this study was 82.8%.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth, lokasi, dan kualitas produk secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Laksa Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Laksa Tangerang dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 75 sampel, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan cara accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan menggunakan program software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa electronic word of mouth, lokasi, dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kata elektronik dari mulut ke mulut, lokasi, dan kualitas produk memiliki efek positif parsial dalam keputusan pembelian konsumen. Sumbangan efektif ketiga variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini sebesar 82,8%.
