Abstract

Stroke is a condition in which there are rapidly developing clinical signs in the form of focal and global neurological deficits that can be burdensome and last for a long time for 24 hours or more and can lead to death. Hemorrhagic stroke, caused by rupture of blood vessels in the brain that can be caused by high blood pressure. The problem found in hemorrhagic stroke is impaired physical mobility. Physical mobilization disorders in stroke patients can be overcome by several physical activity methods such as Range of Motion (ROM). The purpose of this case is to carry out Nursing Care for Physical Mobility Disorders in Hemorrhagic Stroke Patients With Passive ROM Training Measures To Improve The Fulfillment Of Physical Mobility Needs At Provinsi Banten Hospital. In writing this scientific paper, it uses the method of nursing care approach and uses data collection techniques, namely interview, observation, and physical examination techniques. From the results of case studies on impaired physical mobility in hemorrhagic stroke patients, changes and improvements in the patient's muscle strength were obtained after the action of training passive ROM. As for the influence of music at the time when the passive ROM exercise action takes place. It can be concluded that the problem of nursing with impaired physical mobility is partially resolved so that it requires further maintenance or mobilization exercises with the act of training passive ROM.

Additional Information:	Stroke merupakan suatu keadaan dimana terdapat tanda-tanda klinis yang berkembang secara cepat berupa defisit neurologik fokal dan global yang dapat memberatkan dan berlangsung lama selama 24 jam atau lebih dan dapat menyebabkan kematian. Stroke hemoragik, disebabkan oleh pecahnya pembuluh darah di otak yang bisa disebabkan oleh tekanan darah tinggi. Masalah yang ditemukan pada stroke hemoragik adalah gangguan mobilitas fisik. Gangguan mobilisasi fisik pada pasien stroke bisa diatasi dengan beberapa metode aktivitas fisik seperti Range of Motion (ROM). Tujuan dari kasus ini adalah untuk melaksanakan Asuhan Keperawatan Gangguan Mobilitas Fisik Pada Pasien Stroke Hemoragik Dengan Tindakan Melatih ROM Pasif Untuk Meningkatkan Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Mobilitas Fisik Di RSUD Provinsi Banten. Dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini menggunakan metode pendekatan asuhan keperawatan dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik wawancara, observasi, dan pemeriksaan fisik. Dari hasil studi kasus tentang gangguan mobilitas fisik pada pasien stroke hemoragik diperoleh adanya perubahan dan peningkatan pada kekuatan otot pasien setelah dilakukan tindakan melatih ROM pasif. Adapun pengaruh musik pada saat tindakan latihan ROM pasif berlangsung. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa masalah keperawatan dengan gangguan mobilitas fisik sudah teratasi sebagian sehingga membutuhkan perawatan atau latihan mobilisasi lebih lanjut dengan tindakan melatih ROM Pasif pada kedua klien.
