Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the development of Banten Creative House after the pandemic, especially also in the craft and skills program. Qualitative researchers used a descriptive approach in this study to obtain data through interviews, observation and documentation. Respondents in this survey amounted to 10 people, including the Banten Creative House coaches, tutors, and learning residents. As for the things that the Banten Creative House strategy examines in developing this craft and skills program are (1) Banten Creative House Strategy (2) Crafts and skills results. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the Banten Creative House has re-developed or existing activities at the Banten Creative House through promotion and marketing strategies so that it can run again. It has been proven that after the pandemic, the craft and skills program itself is currently running as usual, returning to activities in the manufacture of handicraft products, and visitors have also started coming. Even though it's not optimal because there are differences, before the pandemic and after the pandemic

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan Rumah Kreatif Banten pasca pandemi khususnya juga pada program kerajinan dan keterampilan. Peneliti kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dalam penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam survei ini berjumlah 10 orang, termasuk pembina Rumah Kreatif Banten, tutor, dan warga belajar. Adapun hal yang di teliti strategi Rumah Kreatif Banten dalam mengembangkan program kerajinan dan keterampilan ini adalah (1) Strategi Rumah Kreatif Banten (2) Hasil kerajinan tangan dan keterampilan. Hasil penelitian yang sudah di lakukan menunjukan bahwa Rumah Kreatif Banten ini telah melakukan pengembangan kembali atau kegiatan yang ada di Rumah Kreatif Banten melalui strategi promosi serta pemasaran agar dapat berjalan kembali. Terbukti setelah adanya pandemi, program kerajinan dan keterampilan sendiri saat ini sudah berjalan seperti biasanya, kembali melakukan kegiatan dalam pembuatan produk kerajinan tangan, dan pengunjung juga sudah mulai ada. Walaupun memang belum maksimal dikarenakan adanya perbedaan, sebelum pandemi dan sesudah pandemi.
