Abstract
Introduction The number of work accidents in Banten, according to the Head of the Banten Manpower and Transmigration Agency (Disnakertrans), Septokalnadi, stated that in general work accidents in 2020 are said to have increased from the previous year, knowing that Cilegon city and Serang are some large industrial areas, work accidents found in these areas need to be worried about. In responding to work accident cases, one of the government’s efforts is to have a legal entity formed with the aim of organizing a public health insurance program called Work Accident Insurance (JKK). In Kepmenkes No. 129 of 2008 regarding Hospital Minimum Service Standards, states that the completeness of medical record filling is one of the aspects that need attention. The medical resume form is one of the important forms in assessing the quality of medical records. The resume will be used one of them ot record the diagnosis of the patient which will eventually lead to payment of claims. The medical record must filled in completely and clearly in accordance with the directives in the International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD10). Method This research is an analytical observational study that collects data on a casecontrol or retrospective basis. With random sampling as the sampling technique, and emergency room doctors as the research respondents. Result The level of knowledge of the ER doctors at Regional Hospitals in Cilegon and Serang City was found to be mostly low. Likewise with the suitability of writing work accident diagnoses, it is found that many are not in accordance with the guidelines for writing ICD-10 diagnoses. With the Chi-Square test these two variables produce a significant relationship with a p value <0.05. Conclusion The low level of knowledge of ER doctors has a risk of causing inappropriate work accident diagnoses to be written.

| Additional Information: | Latar Belakang Angka kecelakaan kerja di Banten, menurut Kepala Disnakertrans Banten, Septokalnadi menyatakan secara umum kecelakaan kerja pada tahun 2020 justru dikatakan meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya, mengetahui bahwa Kota Cilegon dan Serang sebagai kawasan industri yang besar, kecelakaan kerja yang didapati pada daerah tersebut perlu dikhawatirkan. Dalam menanggapi kasus kecelakaan kerja, salah satu upaya dari pemerintah adalah adanya badan hukum yang dibentuk dengan tujuan menyelenggarakan program jaminan kesehatan masyarakat yang disebut dengan Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK). Dalam Kepmenkes No. 129 Tahun 2008 mengenai Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit, menyebutkan bahwa kelengkapan pengisian rekam medik termasuk salah satu dari aspek yang perlu diperhatikan. Formulir resume medik tersebut adalah salah satu formulir penting dalam menilai mutu rekam medik. Resume tersebut akan digunakan salah satunya untuk pencatatan diagnosis dari pasien yang nantinya akan berujung pada pembayaran klaim. Diagnosis yang akan dituliskan dalam rekam medis ini harus diisi dengan lengkap dan jelas sesuai dengan arahan yang berada dalam International Classification of Diseases 10th Revision (ICD-10). Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi analitik yang mengambil data secara case control atau retrospektif, dengan random sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampling, dan dokter IGD sebagai responden penelitian. Hasil Tingkat pengetahuan dokter IGD di RSUD Wilayah Kota Cilegon dan Serang mayoritas masih didapati rendah. Begitu pula dengan kesesuaian penulisan diagnosis kecelakaan kerja yang didapati masih banyak yang tidak sesuai pula dengan panduan penulisan diagnosis ICD-10. Dengan uji Chi-Square kedua variabel tersebut menghasilkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai p<0,05. Kesimpulan Tingkat pengetahuan dokter IGD yang rendah berisiko untuk menimbulkan penulisan diagnosis kecelakaan kerja yang tidak sesuai. | |||||||||
