Abstract
Introduction: Cardiorespiratory endurance, or Vo2Max, is a form of effort on the heart and lungs to manage oxygen during activity; it is also a form of body parameter for producing ATP through the process of cellular respiration. Pencak silat is one of the martial arts sports that requires good physical condition to be able to achieve maximum performance. This is needed to maintain endurance in competition. This study aims to determine the relationship between blood pressure and hemoglobin in Vo2Max. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional quantitative study with test and observation research instruments using the cluster sampling technique with 20 samples with age criteria of 13–18 years. The independent variables in this study are blood pressure and hemoglobin, while the dependent variable is Vo2Max. Results: From the normality test using Shapiro-Wilk, it was stated that the data had a normal distribution with a > 0.05. Then the results of the Pearson product moment correlation analysis test produced an r value of 0.038 for systolic and Vo2max, 0.035 for diastolic and Vo2max, and 0.004 for hemoglobin and Vo2max. Conclusion: There is a relationship between blood pressure and hemoglobin in Vo2Max.

| Additional Information: | Pendahuluan: Daya tahan kardiorespirasi atau Vo2Max merupakan suatu bentuk upaya pada jantung dan paru guna mengelola oksigen selama melakukan aktivitas, hal ini juga suatu bentuk parameter tubuh dalam menghasilkan ATP melalui proses respirasi seluler. Pencak silat merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga beladiri yang membutuhkan kondisi fisik yang baik untuk dapat mencapai prestasi yang maksimal, hal ini dibutuhkan guna mempertahankan daya tahan dalam bertanding. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tekanan darah dan hemoglobin terhadap Vo2Max. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif cross sectional dengan instrumen penelitian tes dan observasi menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster sampling sejumlah 20 sampel dengan kriteria usia 13-18 tahun. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini ialah tekanan darah dan hemoglobin sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah Vo2Max. Hasil: Dari uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro Wilk dinyatakan data berditribusi normal dengan > 0,05. Kemudian didapatkan hasil uji analisa korelasi pearson product moment menghasilkan nilai r 0.038 untuk sistolik dan vo2max, 0.035 untuk diastolik dan Vo2Max, 0.004 untuk hemoglobin dan Vo2Max. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara tekanan darah dan hemoglobin terhadap Vo2Max. | |||||||||
