Abstract
This study aims to find out (1) Sewing training to foster an entrepreneurial spirit (2) Results of planting training to foster an entrepreneurial spirit for housewives (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors of sewing training. The method used by the authors in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. The data source for this research consisted of 10 people, namely 1 Head of LKP who was also an instructor, 2 training instructors and 7 training participants. The results of this study indicate that (1) The implementation of sewing training to foster the entrepreneurial spirit of housewives has gone well from the recruitment, implementation, and assessment stages (2) The results for fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of housewives produce whole clothes from pieces of cloth and can impart knowledge sewing it on the opportunity to open a business. (3) The supporting factors in this training are competent instructors, the motivation of the training participants and the infrastructure at LKP Nining Modiste. The inhibiting factors are the background of the training participants, the location of the training, and the atmosphere of the training.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pelaksanaan pelatihan menjahit untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan (2) Hasil pelatihan menjahit untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan ibu rumah tangga (3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelatihan menjahit. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari 10 orang, yaitu 1 Kepala LKP sekaligus instruktur, 2 instruktur pelatihan dan 7 peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan pelatihan menjahit untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan ibu rumah tangga sudah berjalan dengan baik dari tahap rekrutmen, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian (2) Hasil untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan ibu rumah tangga menghasilkan busana utuh dari potongan kain dan dapat menuangkan ilmu menjahitnya pada peluang untuk membuka usaha. (3) Faktor pendukung dalam pelatihan ini yaitu instruktur yang berkompeten, motivasi peserta pelatihan dan sarana prasarana di LKP Nining Modiste. Adapun faktor penghambat nya yaitu latar belakang peserta pelatihan, lokasi pelatihan, dan suasana pelatihan. | |||||||||
