Abstract
The accuracy in measuring the baby's estimated birth weight is an important parameter that has become a standard in assessing the high risk of pregnancy and childbirth, one of which is using ultrasonography with fetal biometric parameters. The percentage of Low Birth Weight babies based on the health profile of Banten Province 2021 in Serang was about 15.26%. This study aimed to determine the association of gestational weight gain and the risk of pre-eclampsia with estimation of fetal weight at Puskesmas Walantaka, Puskesmas Singandaru, and Puskesmas Serang Kota. This study used observational analytics with a cross-sectional design. The samples used were 81 with purposive sampling technique at Puskesmas Walantaka, Puskesmas Singandaru, and Puskesmas Serang Kota in March - May 2023. Statistical analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The results showed that 38,3% had an estimated abnormal birth weight, 74,1% had weight gain that did not match pre-pregnancy BMI, 38,3% had a risk of pre-eclampsia, the result of the association of gestational weight gain and estimation of fetal weight showed p-value 0,423, and the results of the association of the risk of pre-eclampsia and estimation of fetal weight showed p-value 0,521. There was no association of gestational weight gain and the risk for pre-eclampsia with an estimation of fetal weight in Serang.

| Additional Information: | Ketepatan dalam pengukuran estimasi berat lahir bayi merupakan parameter penting yang menjadi standar dalam penilaian kehamilan risiko tinggi dan persalinan, salah satunya menggunakan pengukuran ultrasonografi dengan parameter biometri janin. Persentase Berat Bayi Lahir Rendah berdasarkan profil kesehatan Provinsi Banten pada tahun 2021 di Kota Serang mencapai 15,26%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara penambahan berat badan ibu hamil dan risiko pre-eklampsia dengan estimasi berat lahir di Puskesmas Walantaka, Puskesmas Singandaru, dan Puskesmas Serang Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan jenis rancangan cross sectional. 81 subjek penelitian diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling di Puskesmas Walantaka, Puskesmas Singandaru, dan Puskesmas Serang Kota pada Maret – Mei 2023. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 38,3% memiliki estimasi berat lahir yang tidak normal, 74,1% memiliki penambahan berat badan yang tidak sesuai dengan IMT pra-kehamilan, 38,3% berisiko pre-eklampsia, hubungan penambahan berat badan ibu dengan estimasi berat badan lahir didapatkan p = 0,423, serta hubungan risiko pre-eklampsia dengan estimasi berat badan lahir didapatkan p = 0,521. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penambahan berat badan Ibu dan risiko pre-eklampsia dengan estimasi berat badan lahir di Kota Serang. | |||||||||
