Abstract
This study aims to produce digital teaching materials that can develop 21st century competencies and determine the development, feasibility and effectiveness of digital teaching materials in developing 21st century competencies in Civics learning Chapter Youth Oath in the Frame of Unity in Diversity class VIII Junior High School 1 Menes in the 2022/2023 school year. This research was conducted because of the lack of embedded 21st century competencies in students and the lack of use of digital teaching materials in learning. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The population of this study were students of class VIII Junior High School 1 Menes. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The feasibility of digital teaching material products in developing 21st century competencies is based on the results of the validation assessment of material experts and media experts. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis of assessments from experts and student responses, it can be concluded that the quality of digital teaching materials in developing 21st century competencies is included in the "Very Feasible" category 96.4% from material experts, 90% from media experts, and student responses to the effectiveness of developing 21st century competencies through digital teaching materials in a limited trial of 20 respondents amounted to 82.3% with the category "Very Good" and in the field trial of 30 respondents amounted to 84.2% with the category "Very Good". With this it is concluded that the development of 21st century competencies through digital teaching materials in Civics learning is feasible and effective to use.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan umtuk menghasilkan bahan ajar digital yang dapat mengembangkan kompetensi abad 21 dan mengetahui pengembangan, kelayakan serta keefektifan bahan ajar digital dalam mengembangkan kompetensi abad 21 pada pembelajaran PPKn Bab Sumpah Pemuda dalam Bingkai Bhineka Tunggal Ika kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Menes pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 dilakukan penelitian ini karena kurang tertanamnya kompetensi abad 21 pada diri siswa dan masih kurang penggunaan bahan ajar digital dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi analisis (analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Menes. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kelayakan produk bahan ajar digital dalam mengembangkan kompetensi abad 21 didasarkan pada hasil penilaian validasi ahli materi dan ahli media. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi serta angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penilaian dari para ahli dan respon siswa dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas bahan ajar digital dalam mengembangkan kompetensi abad 21 termasuk kategori “Sangat Layak” 96,4% dari ahli materi, 90% dari ahli media, dan respon siswa terhadap efektivitas pengembangan kompetensi abad 21 melalui bahan ajar digital pada uji coba terbatas 20 responden sebesar 82,3% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik” dan pada uji coba lapangan 30 responden sebesar 84,2% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Dengan ini disimpulkan pengembangan kompetensi abad 21 melalui bahan ajar digital pada pembelajaran PPKn layak dan efektif digunakan. | |||||||||
