Abstract

Occupational stress can have negative impacts such as decreased productivity and work performance, especially in health professions that are prone to stress. This study was conducted to determine the effect of work stress on performance in health workers at Banten Regional Hospital. Data collection was carried out with questionnaires on stress and performance given to respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data already collected, analyzed both univariately and bivariately. The results of the analysis of both factors showed that there was no significant relationship between the two (p value = 0.347). Although the number of occupational stress is still quite high, most respondents still have good performance quality.

Additional Information: Stres akibat kerja dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti penurunan produktivitas dan performa kerja terutama pada profesi kesehatan yang rentan terhadap terjadinya stres. Dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja pada tenaga kesehatan di RSUD Banten. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner mengenai stres dan kinerja yang diberikan kepada responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan, dianalisis baik secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil analisis dari kedua faktor menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keduanya (p value=0,347). Meskipun angka stres akibat kerja masih cukup tinggi, sebagian besar responden masih memiliki kualitas kinerja yang baik.
