Abstract

ABSTRACK Talas flour is a kind of raw material products have been manufactured by KWT Bina Mandiri in Juhut village Karangtanjung Sub district of Pandeglang Regency. This research aimed to analyze: substantial added value and benefits, substantial workforce remuneration issued substantial workforce remuneration issued of the home agro-industry flour talas beneng. Determination was done intentionally (purposive) that the home agro-industry flour taro beneng in the Juhut village Karangtanjung Sub district of Pandeglang Regency. The results showed the magnitude of the added value of production flour taro beneng in KWT Bina Mandiri of Rp.1.332,56 per one kilogram of raw materials or approximately 29,61% of the value of the product per unit of raw material and the benefits of flour taro beneng production of Rp.1.227,56 per one kilogram of raw materials or approximately 92.12% of the value of the product per unit of raw material while workforce benefits derived from oyster mushroom chips production Rp.105 per one kilogram of raw materials or approximately 7,88% of the added value received by craftsme.
