Abstract
This study aims to determine (1) the process of implementing community empowerment activities through CSR programs. (2) the company's role in helping MSME players and developing community businesses through the Company's CSR program with Swallow's Nest Herbal Porridge fostered partners in Caringin Village, Labuan District. (3) the achievement of community empowerment through CSR programs in the welfare of the community. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach in which it will explore the results of how the process of community empowerment carried out by the company through CSR programs by making company partners as a form of realization of a form of corporate social responsibility to the community. Data collection techniques and guidelines used are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that the stages of empowerment are carried out quite well where all stages are followed in stages, the role of the company in implementing the empowerment program has gone well, and the results of the empowerment program for community welfare have been able to make the community empowered and reach a good economic level so that they can meet their economic needs.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) peran perusahaan dalam membantu pelaku UMKM dan mengembangkan usaha masyarakat melalui program CSR Perusahaan dengan mitra binaan Bubur Herbal Sarang Burung Walet di Desa Caringin Kecamatan Labuan. (2) tercapainya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program CSR dalam mensejahterakan masyarakat. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang didalamnya akan mengupas mengenai hasil bagaimana proses pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan melalui program CSR dengan menjadikan mitra perusahaan sebagai wujud dari realisasi bentuk tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan kepada masyarakat. Teknik dan pedoman pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa tahapan pemberdayaan dilakukan cukup baik dimana semua tahapan diikuti secara bertahap, peran perusahaan dalam melaksanakan program pemberdayaan sudah berjalan dengan baik, serta hasil dari program pemberdayaan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat sudah mampu membuat masyarakat berdaya dan mencapai taraf ekonomi yang baik sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan perekonomiannya. | |||||||||
