Abstract
This research was conducted at Empat Kopi, which is a business engaged in the field of F&B (Food & Beverage). In its sales activities, Empat Kopi still uses traditional methods in recording sales, recording incoming goods, and outgoing goods. So that in the transaction process sometimes errors occur such as loss of sales notes, sales recording errors, and warehouse checks that must be monitored by looking directly. So a website-based administrative management application is needed to help process transactions that run at four coffee shops using the FAST method. The result of this research is in the form of a system that can be logged in, display the amount of raw material stock available, the system can be controlled in realtime and has a user-friendly appearance, and is easy to use. while the logical design is in the form of use cases, DFD and ERD. The physical design of the Windows 10 operating system software, Apache web server, Visual Studio Code web editor, MySQL database, Google Chrome web browser, and Draw.io diagram software, and the test results in the form of blackbox tests showed valid results, and usability tests carried out on the websites created resulted in a usability percentage result value of 94.4% with Very Good qualifications.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilakukan di Empat Kopi, yang merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang F&B (Food & Beverage). Pada aktivitas penjualannya, Empat Kopi masih menggunakan cara tradisional dalam pencatatan penjualan, pencatatan barang masuk, dan barang keluar. Sehingga dalam proses transaksinya kadang terjadi kesalahan seperti kehilangan nota penjualan, kesalahan pencatatan penjualan, dan pengecekan gudang yang harus dipantau dengan melihat secara langsung. Sehingga dibutuhkan aplikasi manajemen administrasi berbasis website guna membantu proses transaksi yang berjalan pada kedai empat kopi menggunakan metode FAST. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa sistem yang dihasilkan dapat melakukan login, menampikan jumlah stock bahan baku yang tersedia, sistem dapat dicontrol secara realtime dan memiliki tampilan yang user friendly, serta mudah digunakan. sedangkan desain logis berupa use case, DFD dan ERD. Desain fisik perangkat lunak sistem operasi Windows 10, web server Apache, editor web Visual Studio Code, database MySQL, web browser Google Chrome, dan software diagram Draw.io, dan hasil pengujian berupa uji blackbox menunjukan hasil yang valid, dan uji usability yang dilakukan pada website yang dibuat menghasilkan nilai hasil presentase usability sebesar 94,4% dengan kualifikasi Sangat Baik. | |||||||||
