Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the direct effect of the innovative leadership of PAUD heads on educator performance, innovative leadership on academic supervision competence, managerial competence heads of Early Childhood Education on educator performance, managerial competence Head of Early Childhood Education with academic supervision competence and academic supervision heads of Early Childhood Education as a mediating variable between innovative leadership and managerial competence. The research method is ex post facto quantitative research. The instrument used is a non-test instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire. The population of this study is all Heads of Formal and Non-formal in Serang District. Then through random sampling technique, 342 were obtained as the research sample. From the research findings, it can be concluded that innovative leadership has a direct effect on educator performance in managing blended learning, innovative leadership has a direct effect on academic supervision, managerial competence has an indirect effect on educator performance in managing blended learning, managerial competence has a direct effect on academic supervision, innovative leadership has an effect directly on the performance of educators in the management of blended learning through academic supervision

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan inovatif kepala PAUD terhadap kinerja pendidik, kepemimpinan inovatif terhadap kompetensi supervisi akademik, kompetensi manajerial kepala PAUD dengan kinerja pendidik, kompetensi manajerial kepala PAUD dengan kompetensi supervisi akademik dan supervisi akademik kepala PAUD menjadi variabel mediasi antara kepemimpinan inovatif dan kompetensi manajerial Metode Penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif expost facto. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrument non tes berupa angket tertutup. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan Kepala PAUD Formal dan Non-formal di Kabupaten Serang. Kemudian melalui teknik random sampling diperoleh 342 sebagai sample penelitian. Dari temuan penelitian disimpulkan kepemimpinan inovatif berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pendidik dalam pengelolaan blended learning, kepemimpinan inovatif berpengaruh langsung terhadap supervisi akademik, kompetensi manajerial berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pendidik dalam pengelolaan blended learning, kompetensi manajerial berpengaruh langsung terhadap supervisi akademik, kepemimpinan inovatif berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pendidik dalam pengelolaan blended learning melalui supervisi akademik Kata kunci : kepemimpinan inovatif, kompetensi manajerial, supervisi akademik, kinerja pendidik PAUD, blended learning
