Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study technological knowledge and organizational culture on managerial performance with the characteristics of management accounting systems as mediating variables in Banten Manufacturing Companies. The population in this study is manufacturing companies in Banten, but the sample taken in this study is only 20 manufacturing companies with respondents, namely middle level managers. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 78 respondents from 20 companies that were sampled. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) software version 2.0. The results showed that: (1) Information Technology is positive for managerial performance. (2) Organizational Culture has a positive effect on managerial performance. (3) Information Technology has a positive impact on the Scope. (4) Information Technology positively influences Timeliness. (5) Information Technology has a positive impact on aggregation. (6) Information Technology has a positive role in integration. (7) Organizational Culture has a positive role in scope. (8) Organizational Culture is positive about timeliness. (9) Organizational Culture has a positive role in aggregation. (10) Organizational Culture has a positive role in integration. (11) Scope has a positive impact on managerial performance. (12) Timeliness does not affect managerial performance. (13) Aggregate influences positively on managerial performance. (14) Integration does not affect managerial performance.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi informasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja manajerial dengan karakteristik sistem akuntansi manajemen sebagai variabel mediasi di Perusahaan Manufaktur Banten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang ada di Banten, namun yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini hanya 20 perusahaan manufaktur dengan respondennya yaitu manajer tingkat menengah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 78 responden dari 20 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel. Data dianalisis menggunakan software Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial. (2) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial. (3) Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Scope. (4) Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Timeliness. (5) Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap aggregation. (6) Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap integration. (7) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap scope. (8) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap timeliness. (9) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap aggregation. (10) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap integration. (11) Scope berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial. (12) Timeliness tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial. (13) Aggregation berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja manajerial. (14) Integration tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial.
