Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline (X1), work motivation (X2) and teamwork (X3) on employee performance (Y). In this study the method used is quantitative research. There is a population of 168 employees of PT. Citra Baru Steel and with a sample of 100 respondents. This sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique, namely random and simple takers without paying attention to (strata) contained in the population. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and analyzes data with SmartPLS. The research results obtained were: First, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, T count 2.139 > T table 1.96 with an effect of 0.194 and P values of 0.033 <0.05. Both work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance T count 3.705 > T table 1.96 with an effect of 0.447 and P values of 0.000 <0.05. And the three teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance T count 2.219 > T table 1.96 with an effect of 0.289 and P values of 0.027 <0.05. Additional Information: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja (X1) Motivasi Kerja (X2) dan Kerjasama Tim (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Terdapat populasi 168 karyawan PT. Citra Baru Steel dan dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan Teknik simple random sampling yaitu pengambil secara acak serta sederhana tanpa memperhatikan (strata) yang terdapat dalam populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner serta menganalisis data dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: Pertama disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan nilai T hitung 2,139 > T tabel 1,96 dengan pengaruh sebesar 0,194 dan Pvalues sebesar 0,033 < 0,05. Kedua motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan nilai T hitung 3,705 > T tabel 1,96 dengan pengaruh sebesar 0,447 dan P values sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dan ketiga kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan T hitung 2,219 >T tabel 1,96 degan pengaruh sebesar 0,289 dan P values sebesar 0,027 < 0,05.
