Abstract
Sponsorship adalah kegiatan dimana pihak sponsor atau perusahaan berinventasi dalam bentuk tunai atau barang dalam suatu kegiatan, perusahaan atau sponsor dengan klub sepak bola profesional membuat sebuah perjanjian dalam beriklan yang menjadi feedback buat perusahaan yaitu dicantumkan nama perusahaan di Jersey sepakbola. Penelitain ini membahas mengenai pemutusan perjanjian kerjasam sepihak Klub Sepak Bola dan Sponsorship Viral Blast Global, dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian kerjasama tersebut perusahaan Sponsorship terindikasi melakukan tindak pidana penipuan yang mengakibatkan pemutusan perjanjian sepihak terjadi. Identifikasi masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu Bagaimana pemutusan perjanjian kerjasama sepihak terjadi antara Sponsorship dan Klub Sepak Bola di Indonesia ditinjau dari KUH Perdata dan Bagaimana akibat hukum dari pemutusan perjanjian kerjasama antara Klub Sepak Bola dan Sponsorship ditinjau dari KUH Perdata. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori pejanjian hukum dan tanggung jawab hukum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis, dengan metode pendekatan secara yuridis normatif. Data yang digunakan terdiri atas penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah pertama, mengenai pemutsan perjanjian kerjasama bahwa pemutusan perjanjian kerjasama yang dilakukan Klub Sepak Bola terhadap sponsorship, yaitu perusahaan robot trading PT Trust Global Karya karena adanya indikasi perbuatan melawan hukum. Dalam pelaksanaannya perusahaan sponsorship melakukan tindakan pencucian uang dan kedua, akibat hukum yang timbul dari tindakan tersebut adalah pemutusan perjanjian kerjasama sponsorship, kerugian materi yang diterima klub sepakbola berdampak pada finansial klub, karena dana yang didapat dari perjanjian kerjasama sponsorship tersebut harus diberikan kepada pihak berwajib sebagai alat bukti. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa perbuatan melawan hukum atau bertentangan dengan hukum bisa mengakibatkan putusnya perjanjian kerjasama sponsorship yang dilakukan perusahaan Viral Blast Global dan Klub Sepak Bola di Indonesia dan Saran penelitian ini perlunya melakukan pengecekan profil perusahaan dalam melaksakan perjanjian kerjasama sponsorship agar tidak menimbulkan kerugian bagi para pihak yang melakukan perjanjian kerjasama.

| Additional Information: | Sponsorship is an activity where the sponsor or company invests in cash or goods in an activity, companies or sponsors with professional soccer clubs make an agreement in advertising which is a feedback for the company, namely the company name is included in the soccer jersey. This research discusses the unilateral termination of the cooperation agreement between the Football Club and Viral Blast Global Sponsorship, in the implementation of the cooperation agreement the Sponsorship company is indicated to have committed a criminal act of fraud which resulted in the unilateral termination of the agreement. The problem identification in this research is how the unilateral termination of the cooperation agreement occurs between the Sponsorship and the Football Club in Indonesia in terms of the Civil Code and what are the legal consequences of the termination of the cooperation agreement between the Football Club and the Sponsorship in terms of the Civil Code. The theory used in this research is the theory of legal agreements and legal responsibility. The research method used is descriptive analytical, with a normative juridical approach. The data used consists of literature research and field research and is analyzed qualitatively. The results of the research are first, regarding the termination of the cooperation agreement that the termination of the cooperation agreement made by the Football Club against the sponsor, namely the trading robot company PT Trust Global Karya due to indications of unlawful acts. In its implementation, the sponsorship company committed acts of money laundering and secondly, the legal consequences arising from these actions are the termination of the sponsorship cooperation agreement, material losses received by the football club have an impact on the club's finances, because the funds obtained from the sponsorship cooperation agreement must be given to the authorities as evidence. The conclusion of this research is that illegal acts or against the law can result in the termination of the sponsorship cooperation agreement carried out by the Viral Blast Global company and the Football Club in Indonesia and the suggestion of this research is the need to check the company profile in carrying out the sponsorship cooperation agreement so as not to cause harm to the parties to the cooperation agreement. | |||||||||
